Stay Classy: Spacious 3BR with Firepit and Arcade Near UF
Enjoy a refreshed, stylish escape in this updated Gainesville home—designed for comfort, convenience, and a touch of fun. With clean finishes, smart layout, and plenty of natural light, this space is ideal for families, professionals, or weekend travelers.
The kitchen features updated appliances and stylish updates, while also offering all the essentials needed to cook a home cooked meal and feel right at home. It flows into a dedicated dining area—perfect for sharing meals or planning your day. The breakfast nook area is just off the kitchen as an additional dining area. The living room provides a relaxing spot to unwind with a movie. The family room has an additional location to kick back and relax in front of an additional smart tv, which also offers a game room area, as well as a dedicated workspace area making it easy to stay on task when needed.
The standout game room adds a fun, elevated touch featuring an arcade and a foosball table—whether you're having fun with friends or enjoying a quiet night in.
This house is located very close to the intersection of NW 34th St and NW 25th Ave making it very close to the following and more:
- 8-minute drive to UF
- 12-minute drive to Downtown Gainesville
- 5-minute drive to Publix Supermarket
- 5-minute drive to Walmart
- 8-minute drive to Devil's Millhopper State Park
- 8-minute drive to Possum Creek Park (a park with an outdoor skatepark)
- 5-minute drive to Flying Biscuit Cafe (excellent breakfast restaurant)
- 5-minute drive to One Love Cafe (outdoor lunch restaurant)
- 5-minute drive to Nopal by Cintrón (enjoyable dinner restaurant)
- 5-minute drive to the YMCA gym
- 5-minute drive to El Indio Mexican Restaurant
- 5-minute drive to Scooter's Coffee
- 5-minute drive to Dolce Vita Bakery Cafe
- 15-minute drive to UF Health Shands Hospital
I want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules!
FIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit)
– Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. We love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.
– Absolutely NO smoking in or near the house
– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.
– Limit of up to two pets are ONLY allowed if you have received pre-approval, paid the $125 pet fee, and you take full liability for any injury or damage caused by your pet.
– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in additional charges.
OTHER HOUSE RULES
– I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup. Please do not use other towels, washcloths, hand towels or linens for makeup removal (the stains are permanent, and you will be charged for stained linen).
– Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure (press the LOCK ICON button to lock the deadbolt).
– I expect that you will respect my home and that you will clean/pick up after yourself.
PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL PET FEE.
– Pet fee ($125 for one or two pets) must be paid prior to check-in or your dog(s) will not be allowed on the property.
– Pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, and/or any aggressive dogs are NOT allowed on the property.
– Guest is fully liable for any injury or damage caused by their pet and agrees to hold host harmless.
– Your dog should be friendly, and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
– Pets are NOT allowed on the couch, beds, or any of the furniture.
– Guests must clean up any pet waste in the backyard to prevent future guests
from finding any surprises.
– Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
– Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
– You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog
– Limit of two dogs. An additional dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
- Checkout is at 10am. (Late check out will inquire an extra charge of $45 and there is no guarantee the cleaning team can accommodate. We do apologize, however, please request any late checkout before the day of check in).
- Put all used dishes in the dishwasher with pod and run cycle OR hand wash your used dishes and leave clean dishes on drying rack.
- Put all used towels on the floor so we know the ones that were used.
- Press the LOCK icon button to lock the front door and/or carport door after leaving.
- Send me a message that you have left.
KITCHEN INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please put all dishes you used in the dishwasher (put dishwasher detergent or pod in and run dishwasher) OR hand wash used dishes and leave clean dishes on dish drying rack or towel.
– Please Rinse and Remove all food from dishes prior to putting them in the
dishwasher.
– Please ensure that all dishes are thoroughly cleaned before putting any dishes away.
GRILL USE INSTRUCTIONS
– The grill must be used outside but on the concrete pad/patio for safety and must never be left without supervision.
-Please make sure to clean the grill grates with the scraper after each use. Please do not leave the grill unclean.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please bring out the garbage and recycling bins (should be placed along the wall inside the carport) to the curb anytime on WEDNESDAY since garbage will be picked up by the city early every Thursday morning.
- Recycling is strongly encouraged by placing plastic/glass in the blue bin and paper products in the orange bin.
FIRE PIT AND OUTDOOR LIGHTS RULES/INSTRUCTIONS:
- If you choose to use the use the outdoor lights (inside the umbrella), please remember to turn the lights off and close the umbrella before you come back inside at night.
- You are welcome to purchase wood to use within the fire pit.
- DO NOT put/burn any items within the flames other than wood.
- DO NOT leave the fire unattended.
- When finished using the fire pit, please ensure the fire is completely out before leaving/going back inside.
- The indoor fireplace is not available for making a fire.
ITEMS PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
-Toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher tabs are provided for a short-term stay. If you stay with us for a longer period, we are so appreciative but due to our short term nature we kindly ask for you to provide those items past what is provided.
-Laundry detergent is not provided at our locations, but you may find some from our cleaners or previous guests for usage.
-Pots, pans, silverware, and all linens are provided for your entire stay.
-Please reach out with any questions or concerns, always here to help!

I love how close that this property is located to Downtown, UF, and UF Health Shands Hospital. I also appreciated that it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, various nature trails, and the beautiful springs.
