We had a wonderful stay! The house was very well kept, exceptionally clean, and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and playing Jenga on the back porch on our last night was the perfect way to end the trip by.The host was fantastic to work with and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is the second time seeing at this property and we love this home! It is very well equipped and close to everything university of Florida. Would highly recommend this property in every way.

Wonderful stay in this well equipped and beautiful home! Close to campus. Will stay here again for sure. Owners extremely responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, fully stocked and beautifully decorated! It is centrally located and easy to get to. Narayan was an amazing host. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!

Best Wedding Hangout!

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding, which was held at a venue right around the corner. The host was super nice and available, and the house was very clean and organized. Perfect place!

We were delighted with the house. Everyone had wonderful sleeping accommodations. Every inch of the property was as described, (rare,) with a charming decor & in absolutely pristine condition. Our host was very responsive to every inquiry. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summer vacation

We loved staying at this property, we came all the way from Sarasota to try the Springs, we definitely had a great time and host was very communicative.

Amazing Property!!!

My family and I had the best stay! Everything about the property is fantastic. My son just started at UF, so I'm happy we'll have lots of opportunities for future stays. A VRBO property doesn't get better than this one!

We stayed here while moving our daughter into the University of Florida. The home is very nice and comfortable. The reality matches the pictures. The location to everything we needed to do is great. You will also never rent from a nicer, more responsive host.

Beautiful Home

Great property. They had lots of beds and so close to UF. They had some snacks and chocolates waiting for us, which was really nice. The owner was so friendly. I would stay here again

Quick Visit to Student

Went to visit our daughter for a birthday weekend. The house was nicely decorated and clean. The check in and check out were very easy. Would definitely return on future trips.

Comfortable and relaxing

We really enjoyed staying here. Quiet street. Close to downtown and eateries. Owners are very thoughtful toward the comfort and ease of guests. We appreciated coffee and tea supplied since we arrived late at night. Very beautiful home. We would definitely return.

Girls weekend

This was such a wonderful home, absolutely pristine and great location. We absolutely did not want to leave, plenty of space for everyone to relax. All amenities were provided, the house was quiet as was the neighborhood. Recommend 💯 percent.

Excellent House

House is conveniently located to downtown and UF with plenty space for all the people it can hold and comfortable beds. It is a House that the host clearly pays attention to all details. It is a bit noisy from the cars that go through the road…

Great central stay

We had a great overnight stay at this comfy home. The place is EXACTLY as pictured and even better. Very nice and well throughout decorations throughout. They even had a pack and play for my baby which was a great find. The place is quite and central to UF campus. Only thing we noticed was that the main bedroom was warmer in comparison to the rest of the house which we mentioned to the host and he promptly replied that they would look into it. overall 5 stars and would def stay there again!
