The house was nice overall and in a convenient location. We stayed here 6 days, we were in town for a wedding. You could definitely tell it is a short term rental, it is in need of some maintenance. The refrigerator is in poor condition and the ice dispenser lever was gone so getting ice was interesting. The upstairs hall bathroom floor tiles are all cracked and need replaced. The game room in the garage was too hot during the day, the 8 ball was missing and the ping pong table is in bad condition. There were more minor things but I won’t list everything. They did come replace the kitchen faucet while we were there because it was broken and leaking under the sink. The water softener unit was out of salt, I sent a message but they didn’t come add salt while we were there. Just a lot of minor things that can add up and should be routine maintenance for a rental property. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around. Overall, the house is nice for a large family or multiple families together.

We stayed as a group in this home during a group visit to Disney and Universal Studios. It was within walking distance to a number of stores and restaurants, which was convenient for quick trips for supplies. It was indeed a relatively short drive to either location, making more time for fun. The facilities were everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend this place to stay for larger groups for its location and amenities.
