The property worked for our large family trip to Disneyland… Only recommendations would be make sure to bring your own towels and washcloths because this property doesn’t offer any small towels. Other caveat is there are certain rooms in the house that are very warm, but the host does supply fans. Host was super responsive great location close to Disney.

Hosts are very quick to respond and try to make everything work. Check-in was super easy and we did not have any issues with that process. The house space was very big and accommodated our family very well. We appreciated that the hosts were able to accommodate the 2 extra guests we added after booking plus the clarification with the parking situation as well. The house rules were all in the folder but I would recommend asking any questions for clarification if needed. We had some minor maintenance/up keep issues that we made them aware of and offered some suggestions for the things that needed to be fixed or looked at. I would warn anyone booking this place that if you’re booking for the entire home (side A & B) that side B is warmer than side A so the AC air flow is not consistent. There were a lot of bathrooms to accommodate the amount of people in our party and we appreciated it being close to Disney. I would also forewarn that it offers the bare minimum. In other words, it’s a space to lay your head, use the bathroom, wash/dry clothes, and cook if needed. However, if you’re expecting them to have every kitchen utensil, cleaning supply, with every nook and cranny of the home to be spotless, that is not realistic. Other than that, it was a decent place and we would not mind staying here again.

Great place. We were in California for our son’s wedding. So had family flying in and many trips to the airport. Centrally located for everything. Visiting Beaches and Downtown Disney. Even can see some of the Disney fireworks. Thank You.

Helps nurture family time

Nice large hangout room. nice back yard. private bedrooms. about 12 minute drive to Disney. All went great!

Nice but not fancy

This house worked well for my staff to stay in for our convention. Really the only negative was the neighborhood and the large amount of cars in the road.

6 good sized bedrooms and 4 full baths

The house is perfect size for large groups, we used all 6 bedrooms and all 4 bathrooms, also has a second kitchen area with a fridge and sink. House is nicely located near Disney and Knotts Berry Farm however does back onto a loud road that made it a little hard for the younger kids to fall asleep.

Plenty of rooms

If you have a large party of people and each person or (couple) want their own room this is the house for you! Amenities are helpful (washer/dryer) etc We were traveling with our little one and they had a highchair and play pen available for us. We had a great stay and the owner is helpful and responds quickly to any inquiries.

Wedding time

We had to light some of the burners on the stove and couldn't get the oven to work. No hot water in part of the house the last day.

Five stars - would come again!

The house is great, the landscaping is gorgeous, and it's ideally located close to Disneyland and not too far from the beach. We had a big group (six adults, eight kids) and fit very comfortably. Our kids loved the backyard and spent a lot of time out there. The owners were great about communicating back and forth. We were very happy here and would definitely book it again.
