Comfy home. Private. Close to many different attractions. Be aware there is no dish washer, if that's something your need or care about.

Great property and house enjoyed the screened in porch area and the view. Deck could use some work with some rotten boards and paint however still great. We did not use the hot tub as we have one at our house but looked very clean. As a person with knee and hip issues the first floor bathroom could use a higher toilet.my sons stayed upstairs did not realize toilet upstairs was higher sitting til our last day . so that would be my only suggestion. Everything else was great. Thank you The Reeds from Cogan Station Pa

Clean and in a really nice location. The yard was really quiet and had a nice firepit near the pond. Was really relaxing to watch a Blue Heron hunting for its dinner every night.

This house was just as listed but we did encounter a problem while staying. Booked for 4 nights and second day we lost power and since it has a well for water we had no water. Mgmt. sent handyman out and it took 2 times for them to get us water. Then the next day didn’t have any water and they had to bring us bottled water to flush toilets. It was a weekend and we delt with multiple office staff trying to help get this corrected.We noticed water totes next to neighbors homes and questioned if this is a reoccurring problem and were told they were not aware of it being one- huh??They did provide us with a hotel to shower at which was 20 min. each way for the 6 of us to shower in but so inconvenient. We then had to buy more bottle water to use because the ‘emergency’ water service never showed up. Each couple traveled over 5 hours to spend these days together so leaving was not an option so they said they would compensate us for the days we were without water/power. Went through mgmt. co. Office manager and she emailed me 10 days later saying a refund was issued but the refund didn’t cover one night of the stay or the money spent on providing water for my family.If renting this home make sure you check that water is provided with your stay! Other than that the house was nice

We’re pleased to hear the home was as listed, but we understand how disruptive the unexpected loss of power and water was during your time together. Our team worked throughout the weekend to provide alternate solutions, including bottled water and access to a nearby hotel for showers, while attempts were made to restore water service. We also offered the option to depart early with a refund for the unused nights and ultimately provided a $500 refund for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and kindness toward our team throughout this challenging situation and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother Finger Lakes stay in the future.

House was great. Very quiet area, couple of neighbors but not close enough to matter.We were greeted by a family of deer, who hung around most of the time we were there.Enjoyed sitting on the back porch having family time.
