- Please, note there are beach clubs nearby which may have loud music which may be heard inside the unit.
- Keep in mind that during the spring, the beaches may show seaweed due to climate change.

- IMPORTANT:
Starting October 1st, 2024, maintenance and repair work will be carried out on the pool, therefore it will be out of service for approximately 40 days when the repair begins. It is worth mentioning that these works will be carried out with as little noise as possible so as not to affect the tranquility of the guests.

MONTHLY PRICING:
- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
- First and Last month.
