Tucked on a quiet street near Alys Beach, this 3-bedroom home is ideal for families, friends, and anyone looking for the charm of Old Florida with modern comforts.

Whether you’re riding to the beach on one of the included bikes, sipping coffee on the front porch, or exploring nearby Alys, Rosemary, and Seacrest, this cottage delivers the best of 30A - quiet but close to everything. The cottage features updated, beachy furnishings and cozy spaces for lounging, dining, or working remotely.

Located on the desirable East End of 30A, you’re just a short stroll to the beach and a quick ride to top restaurants and shops — but tucked away enough to truly relax.


Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• No overnight street parking

House Rules
• No smoking or vaping in home or grounds
• No parties or events, local ordinance quiet hours start at 10PM
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• We ask primary guest to sign a simple digital rental agreement within 24 hours and verify ID (quick selfie + photo ID).
For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are exterior security cameras in place, including a video doorbell at the front entry and a camera monitoring the driveway and backyard. These devices are motion-activated and record video only (no audio). There are no cameras inside the home. Thank you for helping us protect our home and community!

Perfect stay! The host was very responsive to any messages and was willing to work with us on a couple of special requests. The listing was accurate and the house was very clean. The check in process was easy as well. Great location, great house, great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice quick stay, will be back

We were looking for a relaxing getaway with our pup, and this place was perfect. The cottage is beautifully decorated, super clean, and has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. Appreciated the extra touches, will be back.

We had a wonderful experience. We felt at home, and the convenience to the beach was excellent. This was our second stay on the same street, and I would consider buying a home there. The decor and room sizes were perfect. Our adult children and little pups had a great time as well. My only complaint is that we had to go home so soon!

Perfect location, beautiful home!

We had the best time at Clareon Cottage! The location was perfect — just a quick walk or bike ride to a quiet, private beach that felt like a hidden gem. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the screened-in back porch for morning coffee and the bikes and beach gear that were included — such a great bonus!

Beautifully renovated property, very nice neighborhood, pet friendly home and yard, private beach access, was not crowded, easily accessible from property and all of the hottest spots on 30a, property manager easily accessible for any issues and went out her way to prevent any possible issues. Family friendly!!

We had such an amazing experience! The home was beautiful and very clean. Brittany always responded almost instantly to my messages and was so polite; you couldn't ask for a better host! Being that we had small children, we decided to rent a golf cart from Coastal Carts to travel back and fourth to the private beach access. They provided everything you could need for a home away from home especially with littles. We look forward to returning next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage and truly enjoyed our time there. The cottage is beautifully decorated and feels warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, we honestly didn’t want to get out of bed each morning!Brittany was a fantastic host. She was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect: close to all the best spots along 30A and just a short distance from the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.Our dog, Luna, joined us on the trip and had a great time too, which made the experience even more special for our family. We really appreciated having a place where everyone could relax and enjoy the stay together.We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

House was very quaint, clean and good location. It’s a little of a hike to walk with stuff to the beach, but very doable. We had a family reunion and other members had other properties in the near area. Golf cart access is very convenient for those that have access to one. It is definitely a touristy area. Owner was very prompt in responding and communication. We had a good time. Thank you.

The perfect spot! The location is straight across from beach access but the street is so quite! The house had everything we needed and we even extended an extra day because we didn't want to leave!
