We’ve been coming to 30A for about 20 years now. This was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The location is amazing - to the beaches, the pool and restaurants, etc. The house is so precious, not pretentious, but super cozy and comfy. SO CLEAN. Really great sheets, too! Each time we had a question, they responded immediately. Oh and the shed (which always makes me think of spiders) was super clean and tidy and I loved that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and bikes so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with all of that! Will DEFINITELY be back!

My family had a great stay here. We had a couple days of rain but really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch during the rainstorms. The home is much nicer than the pictures show. It’s very comfortable and quiet, which we thoroughly appreciated. Can’t wait to come back again!

Loved staying at this house. The house is very comfortable and well maintained. The property manager was very helpful with questions we had when first checking in. Loved having the grill, bikes and sand chairs. Looking forward to renting the property again!

This is our third year renting this house. Works great for our family, close to the beach and pool. Love that it has the bikes, beach, chairs, and umbrella. We also enjoy hanging out on the front porch.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely return. The pictures truly do not do this house justice—it is even better in person. The property was extremely clean and very well maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and the pool, making it convenient for everyone in our group. On top of that, the communication from the owners was superb throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation stay.

Well appointed, clean home. Easy walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood even though there were lots of folks staying. Very family friendly. Will be returning!

Perfect house for our family vacation!

This property is so conveniently located to the beach and fun things to do. It’s well equipped and was a peaceful haven for our family. The screen porch, the dining table, and living were a great size for our family of 5.

Great location. One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. Close to Deer lake and Grayton Beach.

Be sure to check out the Farmers Markets on Saturday and Sunday in the areas.

Great Spot

This was the second time staying at this property and we absolutely loved it. Plenty of space and amenities to use and enjoy and only a short walk to the beach. Go ahead and book here - you won't be disappointed.

The house was perfectly set for privacy and ease of access for walking to the beach. The screened porch was especially nice early in the mornings for coffee. Every room had everything we needed and comfort was a key in the decorating. We will definitely book this home for our next stay at the beach.
