Great cottage all to ourselves

We really enjoyed our stay here. Having a place all to ourselves was very nice. The cottage had everything we needed. Being directly off the pool was great and getting to the beach was a breeze. Beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were nice and all towels and linens excellent. Would certainly stay here again!!

Cottage met all of our needs for a memorable and enjoyable visit to 30A. Convenient location to all the wonderful things! Would definitely recommend for families traveling with children (just husband and I on trip) - certainly checks all the boxes!

Great location

Great property. Easy walk to beach. Enough space for small family. Only setback was hot water runs out in about 5 minutes when taking showers.

Wonderful stay!

This cottage is perfect. It was clean and well appointed. We have stayed at the cottages of camp creek several times. It never disappoints. This cottage is perfectly situated on the pool. Perfect for families with kids. We will be back.

Loved!

The cottage was so convenient to the pool and beach and very charming. If we had a question about ANYTHING it was answered promptly. We had a lovely time.

Great Location

Overall we had a great experience with this cottage. Perfect size for 5 people, close proximity to the beach, quiet at night ( during spring break no less), and the management team went above and beyond communicating with us. They helped us retrieve a lost package and helped us connect to the TV late at night (for our teenagers). The cottage was exactly as described in the listing and I would definitely stay here again.

Beachy Keen

The cottage was so cute and perfect for our family of 5. The location is amazing and having the bikes was a huge perk. It was too cold to use the pool, but my kids would have definitely made use of it. The cottage was fully stocked with everything you need for your stay and the beach which was really nice. We would rent it again!

Get away!

Jacuzzi needs repair and some fresh linens would be nice. Other than that we enjoyed our time at Beachy Keen and would gladly book again!

Privacy in a Great Location

A great location with easy beach access! It's an easy 15 minute bike ride to Alys and Rosemary. It was nice to have a whole place to ourselves. There are several rental options for beach chairs that were easy to use. Bikes were available and ready to go. Good shower pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (though bring your own seasons/salt & pepper/oils etc). We can easily see ourselves returning to this rental!

Great Location

The place was a short walk to the beach and was very clean. The furnishings are very basic but adequate as are the kitchen supplies. The only issue we had was with the ice maker. It does not dump the ice into the bin so it doesn't make more. We manually dumped the ice. Not worth calling the management to us.

Stingy, dingy but good communication

Pros: loved the bikes, great location close to Alys/Rosemary areas, exceptional communication with host— always very speedy. Nice to have a community pool so close. However…. Cons: we booked this place because we really wanted the use of a hot tub:..in our full week here, it never worked even after we notified the host about the issue and were told it would be addressed. No financial compensation was offered. The furniture was very dingy, sticky and wobbly. The furniture was generally uncomfortable and in clear need for an upgrade. (Example - The coffee table is a tray on top of two baskets) Be aware that you are expected to provide most of your own basic supplies such as toilet paper (only provided 1 roll per bathroom for one week), trash bags, salt and pepper…not well stocked. Reviews for this house on VRBO were not consistent with our experience. Would not use this VRBO again.

However, I sincerely apologize for the hot tub issue. We wish you could have enjoyed it during your stay, but it was being addressed by the HOA, which is beyond our control. Regarding the furniture, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns if you had notified us during your stay. We do provide a starter supply of basic toiletries and encourage guests to bring their own, as mentioned in the email we sent prior to your check-in. Again, I’m sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. If you ever decide to return, I would welcome the chance to provide you with a better experience. Beechy Keen quick getaway!

We loved our location! The pool was immaculate and couldn’t be closer, and the beach ( unbelievably white and clean and clear) was only a few steps away! We want to come back for longer next year!

The property was just as it looks in pictures, but smaller overall than I was expecting.

Small but functional. Clean, property management was easy to communicate with. A couple of the bikes were not working. The area felt safe.

Superb Location!

If you want a little piece of paradise then this is the place. The pool was a big hit with our 11 yro and the five minute walk to the beach was easy and beautiful! Groceries are about a 10-15 minute drive to Publix. However, Publix is building a new store directly across from the entry road to Santa Rosa Beach.. Ron Wilson (Maintenance Manager and then some!) went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this property.... LIVE THE COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you all!

Spring Break 2021

I stayed here with my two teenagers and couple of their friends. The beach wasn't too far. House was clean and had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were convenient and lovely. We had great weather and enjoyed the beach. The bikes and other beach stuff was great to have. Property manager was quick to respond to all questions. Definitely will stay again.

Beachy Keen stay

We were here for 2 weeks. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property; etc. The few problems we had were handled extremely well by Ashley, the property manager. She made our stay very positive.
