A Perfect Time

We loved our stay in this truly beautiful home. The location is amazing and there was everything we could want to make our stay happy and memorable including bikes and pickleball paddles. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for upscale comfort.

Nice home with lots of beds

The house was very nice, but could have been cleaner. The pots and pans were not clean, and the handles on the faucets in the bathroom came off. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Great Stay for Labor Day

Great location with plenty of neighborhood and community features. Spacious and well appointed home with helpful and responsive homeowners. The house had everything you needed for the stay including bikes and extra beach gear. We would have loved to stay longer! The only thing that would have made it better was if the room with the 3 beds could have cooled down better like the rest of the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place

This house was perfect. It is clean and open and airy. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was easy to understand and available. The layout makes everything easy. It was so relaxing to just rest in one of the two couch areas. We loved it and can’t wait to go back! Awesome location.

Excellent house for large families

We stayed a week at this property in Hilton Head. The location and property was great. The owner does a great job communicating and we had a great time and the property served all our needs.

Fantastic Week

Owner communicated early and often. She responded immediately when I had a question. We loved watching the golfers go by. Convenient location to everything we wanted to do. The house was a great place to hang out in the morning and at night, when we needed to rest.

Wonderful Experience

Property was just as described. Owners of the property were very good with communication and we had no issues while staying at the home. Was an awesome experience to be on the course with tournament going on and we were able to utilize the views off the porch to watch most of the golf. Much thanks to the owners of this property for listing, great stay!

Five stars for 15 Fern CT!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful 15 Fern CT in Sea Pines. The check-in process was flawless and the continuous communications from Carol O'Brien were thorough and very helpful. We were 3 adult males (my friend, my son, and myself) and found the house to be spacious enough for all of us. The house was spotless, and hope that we respected it and left it pretty clean. All of the supplies were there and easily accessible. Being able to sit on the rear deck with the 6th green not 50 yards from where we sat was pretty special. Entry and egress to/from the Sea Pines property was easy, although very dark at night. There is truly very little-to nothing that I could complain about. The house really met our needs and we'd certainly rent again.

Would stay again!

My family loved our vacation on HHI all thanks to this great home. Easy bike ride to the beach on paved, mostly shaded trails. Quick walk to the pool. Outdoor shower at the house made clean-up a breeze. The property backs up to a beautiful golf course and is super quiet. We enjoyed stargazing from the back deck at night. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic trip!

This house was everything as described and more! The owners are very generous with what they have to offer from beach chairs, toys, bikes, tennis rackets to a gas grill and kitchen supplies. The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac right on the golf course! Location was perfect inside sea pines.

Great experience!

My husband, our two children ( ages 3 & 4 ), sister-in-law, and niece ( age 4 ) all joined me this past week and this house was perfect for our stay! From the smooth check-in/check-out experience with the host to the convenience of the layout & location of the house - it was just as it was in the description/pictures & met all of our needs!

Just as pictured

The host was amazing and communicated with us prior to check in and even during our stay when the cable went out during a storm. The house was perfectly clean and it was very comfortable. Plenty of room for our 3 kids and my father. Perfect stay in Hilton head!

Sea Pines

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and very well-kept. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts provided clear information about the property and the Sea Pines area. The fresh flowers upon arrival were a welcomed addition. The deck overlooking the golf course was well- enjoyed. The house was fully stocked with necessities. We had a blast riding the provided bikes and boogie boarding. The pool was a two minute walk and pleasantly warm. Restaurants and shops are only a 6 minute walk. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at Truffles. We highly recommend staying at this spacious, clean, and well-located property .
