Centrally Located! Exclusive Home with Pool on Golf Course!

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, only 1/2 mile from the beach, (beach chairs and umbrella included), and close to Lawton Stables, the Wildlife Preserve, and only 2 miles to Harbour Town.

This home is family friendly, with a large yard, set back from the road, and ample parking space. The house is very spacious to give you and your family room to enjoy. It is located on the Heron Point golf course, and has a beautiful large pool where you can relax after a hard day at the beach or tennis courts. Horseback riding, nature trails, and free trolley rides are all just minutes away from this home.

The Master suite enjoys a beautiful view of the private pool which overlooks the golf course. It also has its own private bathroom and large closets. The second bedroom has two twin beds that may be used as another King and that room also has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the Carolina room has queen size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have their own TV and all linen are included for your stay. Do not bother over packing as a commercial-size washer and dryer are there for you to use.

Lovely Private Home

My wife and I loved the house as it was very private. Large rooms and a large yard and pool. Very clean and neat and comfortable.

Home away from Home

This was our third year at this location. We find it relaxing and very comfortable and the location can't be beat. Look forward to next year.

Great stay

This is a beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was spacious enough for us 2 families. The kitchen had everything we needed. The decor was good. We couldn't use the pool as it was cold outside. One note: the gate pass is cheaper for a week ($20) vs per day ($9). We could have saved some money there had we known earlier. Communication with Janet was very good. Would love to stay here again in summer.

Enjoyed the pool most of all

The lock box with the house key in it was very difficult to open. As I opened the storm door to unlock the house, the storm door handle fell off. After that everything was great.

Most Amazing Weekend

This home was the perfect location for our family vacation! The multiple bedrooms, the beautiful kitchen, and the overall "beach" feel were exactly what we were looking for. The ladies enjoyed relaxing by the pool, while the boys played golf on the many courses easily accessible within Sea Pines. Host was easily accessible with any questions we had!

Great place to stay for our business trip!

3 of us had to travel to Hilton Head for a business trip and wanted to make sure that we had a place that offered enough space so we could individually have our privacy, yet also provide room to relax together after a day of work. This place hit every aspect of what we needed. The pool was great! The house was perfect for what we needed. It needs to be mentioned that the lockbox for the keys is finicky and you need to make sure you try it a few times before it becomes evident on how it opens. We almost thought the code wasn’t right and then we tried pulling it open a different way and it opened. Communication was great and we had an excellent stay!

Great location in Sea Pines

The house was clean and well supplied. We couldn't use the pool at this time of year but it was lovely to look at and lounge around. We would happily stay here again on a future vacation... it's a beautiful home!

Wonderful property

Spacious ranch home in a great neighborhood. Outside area is a beautiful setting with the pool, trees and golf course. So easy to spend the day sitting by the pool and reading a book. Located on middle of the fairway of 3rd hole of Heron Dunes course. We really enjoyed our stay. Janet was the best host ever.

A Wonderful Vacation Place

This is a beautiful and spacious home located on a golf course. There is LOTS of ROOM to relax and move about. No stairs made it choice for the elderly and wheelchair guests.

Harbor Town 100th Birthday Celebration.

We had a lovely stay at your home at Sea Pines. We came from Ohio, Virginia, and North Carolina to celebrate our Aunt Mary’s 100th Birthday. The house was perfect for us, large, roomy and while we didn’t spend much time there we ha D a great stay.

Beautiful BackYard

We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful stay. This house is conveniently located in Sea Pines and really close to the Sea Pines attractions. We rented bikes and ride through all the bike trails. One starts just down the street from the house. We loved sitting in the back yard and watching the golfers go by. We stayed with my elderly parents and had a wonderful time. Lots of space inside the house for four adults. We had an extra bedroom that we didn’t use. Having laundry facilities at the house was a bonus too

Wonderful!

We rented this home for a week for our honeymoon on Hilton Head and could not be happier with our choice! The home was absolutely wonderful and in a great location in Sea Pines. It was very quiet, private and everything we were looking for. Janet was also amazing with any questions and tips for our trip. We will definitely be back and hope to be able to rent this property again. You will not be disappointed. The home is very spacious and the pool is great. We had the best time here and on Hilton Head!

Great place

The house is set on a half acre lot which gives it a very private feeling. It backs on to the Heron Point Golf Course and is just 1/2 mile from the beach, Nature Preserve, and the Lawton Stables. Tupelo Rd is a quiet street with the beach bike path right there. There is a large front yard to enjoy, or a beautiful pool and deck in the back yard. We have beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Whatever you choose to do, you will love Hilton Head Island.
