Escape to this brilliant mill in picturesque Floyd. With 2 apartments boasting 2 fully equipped kitchens, Epperly Mill totals 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed. This charming retreat offers a wonderful stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms equipped with all the amenities you may need, as well as a bathroom located in the venue for convenience while you relax on the creekside patio with ambient lighting. The living areas in both apartments feature floor to ceiling windows inviting in the beauty Floyd and Dodd Creek have to offer. Some may come to unplug, but others may come for a peaceful place to do their work. We offer high speed internet that reaches outdoors if desired with multiple points of electricity on the patio.
Choose to have your fire in 1 of 2 firepits or enjoy the over 1000 ft of creek surrounding the property. Every guest who stays contributes to the ongoing restoration of this quickly disappearing part of American History.

The location was absolutely beautiful! We especially loved spending time on the deck, both during the day and in the evening when the lights created such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Being right on the water was an incredible bonus and made our stay even more special. It felt wonderfully secluded and peaceful, yet it was just a short drive to a grocery store and a quaint little town, making it the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

If you have found Epperly Mill you can stop searching and go ahead and book it. There is nothing like it, the hosts are fantastic and the options for one or both apartments make it incredibly accommodating. Take a walk, hang out and listen to the creek, head into Floyd for some music or food. And if you are hosting any sort of event (we had a family reunion), the venue space is great and the logistics couldn't be simpler since you can stay there in the same building. 5 stars isn't enough.

We enjoyed our three night girls trip in this beautiful location! Between both units, we loved the big windows, calming views, and gentle creek sounds by the patio lights. Your passion and eye for detail are palpable! We enjoyed dancing at the Friday Night Jamboree (they'll teach you!) and lunch and wine tasting at Villa Appalaccia Winery. The great host communication was much appreciated! A great stay overall and we can't wait to return!
