Please note: this is an owner-occupied property. We’re offering most of the home for guests. We live in the very back of the house in a suite and have our own separate entrance and will not use the outside of the property. We will respect your privacy and most likely you will never see us after check-in.

Welcome to Woodsview. Ideally located to enjoy Eugene/Springfield with quick access to Autzen Stadium & Hayward Field via highway 126/105. Comfortably accommodating 6–8 guests, with AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, and barbecue grill. Located on the edge of the suburbs, but close to restaurants, stores and McKenzie River access. Lovely walks in the neighborhood, & a thirty-minute drive in any direction connects you with a variety of beautiful hikes. Our large, fully-fenced backyard is, ideal for dinner barbecues. Be prepared to see deer, osprey or eagle as you dine. Comfortable beds and furniture, lots of board games, well-stocked library, kids play area in the back. Also we have set up this property with kid safety in mind.

This property can easily sleep six (plus an extra kiddo or two if need be). There’s a queen bed in one bedroom and a full-size bottom/twin-size top bunk bed in the other. In addition we have a comfortable full-size floor mattress and a comfortable twin size floor mattress that can be put in the living room or in the bedrooms. These include fresh linens, pillows, and blankets. Finally, we have a comfortable sofa that we can also set up for sleeping.

We have set up our property as a quiet haven to relax and kick back for vacation, attending a sports event or just needing a space to stay for a couple of days.

Please note: "Identity Verification Rule: If a booking guest has not completed Vrbo's identity verification process and/or has zero platform rental history, they are required to sign our supplemental short-term rental agreement and submit a government-issued photo ID within 48 hours of booking.
