At the clubhouse you will find a swimming pool, water slides, a lazy river, a hot tub, children’s splash zone and a Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. Inside the clubhouse is a state-of-the-art gym, games room and a TV lounge. There are also multipurpose sports and beach volleyball courts available for guests use. Just 10 minutes’ drive from the community is the popular US192, which offers hundreds of dining options that will suit all tastes and any budget. Disney World can be reached with a 10-15 minute drive and is home to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot, where your family will have unique experiences and create unforgettable memories. Universal Resorts are 25-30 minutes away and are where you can find your wand at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, ride log flumes at Volcano Bay water park and find jaw dropping thrills at Islands of Adventure. Living Accommodation:
Kick off your shoes and let your vacation begin in this impressive vacation home. The well-equipped kitchen is located to the left of the property and has all the appliances and utensils you will need to self-cater. The breakfast bar offers a great place to start your morning with cereal and orange juice. To the back right is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal and then a chat while the kids clear away the dishes. To the back left is the family lounge with a sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Watch your favourite programmes here while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water. Upstairs is a second lounge, with a sofa and flatscreen TV, an ideal place for younger guests to claim as their own space.

Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is located to the back left of the vacation home with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the back right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It is to the front left of the home and has a Queen-size bed. Back upstairs Bedroom 4 is at the front left and has a Queen-size bed while Bedroom 5 is at the front right with Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this vacation home come with a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to drift off to sleep watching their favourite movies.

Entertainment:
While there is no games room at his vacation home, resort facilities can be reached with a 13 minute walk. At the clubhouse you will find a state-of-the-art gym, games room and a TV lounge.
