Charming house. Accommodating to host a family coming together for a funeral. We loved everything about this house. The yard worked well for the pups. Kitchen was well stocked.

Home was done in antiques, very comfortable and clean. Communication with host was easy. Our free time was spent on the beautiful porch. I highly recommend this property. Easy access to different areas.

Great stay in Buckhannon, only a couple blocks, for a very short walk to Main Street. There was plenty of space for all of us inside and out, and the yard was nice. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is really nice inside and the A/C worked great. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Dale, our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. Would definitely stay again.

The host is very quick to respond. The house was mostly clean but there was take out left in Friday and there was bread left in bread box that molded just small things. I loved the house it’s kid and pet friendly. What drew me to this house was the wrap around porch and it is being updated with the flooring so on the front part the rails were down bummer for me but was still gorgeous. There are lots of ants outside because of the trees etc. just be aware so you don’t get bit. The house took me back in time and I felt like I was in another era while at the house and I enjoyed it so much. I would love to go back there and I recommend renting this house it does not disappoint

There were a lot of gnats, especially in the refrigerator & freezer. The host informed me that the WiFi wasn’t very good, and he was right. If you tried watching something on Netflix, there was more buffering than watching!!

We loved this historic property filled with antiques & charm. Dale was most accommodating & quick to fix a minor problem with a leaky sink. There was plenty of room for us all & lots of nice touches. From the well appointed kitchen to the thirsty towels to the comfortable mattresses, we felt well cared for the entire time. Looking forward to our next visit!
