Very nice property

Very clean house with excellent hosts!

We enjoyed staying at this house. The hosts were wonderful, and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The house was very clean and the yard was well maintained. It met our needs perfectly!

Great Stay!

We are definitely saving this place for future trips! 😊 Friendly and helpful hosts, nice yard for the kids to play in, it was relaxing and comfortable on the front porch, and the house was perfect for what we needed.

Quiet location with quick access to downtown Maryville and Foothills Mall

This was a great location for getting around Maryville. It was up the hill from town, while providing easy access to downtown and mall. Owners were very accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

A Cozy Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property! Everything was clean and there were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels provided for us. It was nice having access to different streaming services too.

Hilltop Hideaway

I stayed in the hilltop hideaway while looking for a rental in Maryville. It was comfortable and clean. The bed was very good. Communication was excellent.

Just right!

We traveled to TN to see friends and to have a comfortable place to stay as we explored the area. This was just right for us! Had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners too!

Relocation headquarters!

We're moving to the area and needed a comfortable, convenient and clean base of operations. This small home has it all! Close to downtown Maryville, local attractions and grocery. This property was so comfortable I extended my stay twice!

Convenient to everything in Maryville

Very clean, good condition, well stocked, comfortable, newer updates. We would stay there again. Front steps need a railing, though, difficult for my elderly father who stayed with us.

Loved this cozy home

My mom and i stayed two nights at this property. The house was extremely clean, warm and cozy. The property owner was easy to communicate with and responded to all messages extremely quickly! I highly recommend!

Tennesee Hideaway ⁸

Cozy home. Quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and at home instantly. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. (Needs a tea kettle)

Great Spot for Family

We stayed here while visiting family over Christmas. The place matches the listing exactly with all amenities needed with stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and great WiFi. Communication with Keith was great and we had no issues. The road leading to the house is in rough shape, for sure but that’s not really the owner’s issue to solve. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Cozy getaway

This was my first Vrbo stay and it was great. House is conveniently located close to various amenities just a few minutes away. It’s also nestled up a quiet hill with some privacy. I stayed here for my trip to Tail of the Dragon and it worked out wonderfully. I look forward to staying again. Keith and Ben were communicative and helpful, quick responses. Check in was a breeze. Thanks for having us!
