This two-bedroom home features a queen bed in one room and a twin-over-full bunk in the other—perfect for families or small group of friends. The cozy living area invites you to relax by the gas fireplace while you watch your favorite shows.

Whip up meals in the stylish kitchen or take it outside to the back deck, where a gas grill and private hot tub await. In the evenings, gather around the firepit and listen to the calming sounds of nearby Swallow Falls. Hike to Swallow Falls and the Youghiogheny River directly from the property! Though tucked away for privacy, Recreational Therapy is just a short drive from all the best area attractions. Whether you're seeking rest, adventure, or a bit of both, this is your perfect home base in the mountains.

This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). This home does not have air conditioning, washer/dryer, or dishwasher. This home has an exterior camera. Book your stay today and start making unforgettable memories in the beautiful Deep Creek Lake area!

3-STEP RESERVATION PROCESS:
1. AT BOOKING- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.
2. ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL- Look for your Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
3. CHECK-IN DAY- Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. (Codes will not be active prior to 4 pm.) Upon arrival, locate the Home Binder (beside the coffee pot) to find Wifi Passwords, Amenity & Access Info, Troubleshooting Tips, etc.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
a. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old.
b. CHECK-IN is after 4 pm / CHECKOUT is by 10 am.
c. NOT ALLOWED: Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit.
d. WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)
e. WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
