Owner went above and beyond for their guests and all communication was swift and effective. Everything just as described. Highly recommend and would def stay again.

The property was amazing. Clean, cozy, comfortable, cute and spacious. Photos were accurate. Our host was so accommodating and always in communication making sure we were enjoying our stay. We had a great stay!

5 out of 5! The house was very clean, matched the pictures, etc. The property owner reached out leading up the trip and provided clean and simple instructions for checking in and everything we would need to know leading up to our stay. The owner was only a text away and also checked in during the middle of our stay to see if we needed anything. Although we didn't need anything, it was good to know that he was responsive and willing to help if there was anything needed. The house is also in a great location. You can walk to plenty of restaurants, the Stop & Shop supermarket, and down to the dock.

Brand new construction with beautiful modern and clean furnishings. Immaculate interior design. Location could not be beat, especially if you don't have a car on the island! It is down the street from the Vineyard Haven ferry stop for the public bus service, which takes you everywhere you'd want to go on the island. Mike was also incredibly helpful with making sure that everything was ready for our stay and providing local recommendations.

Mike was among the BEST hosts we’ve stayed with using VRBO!!! He was communicative, not just for necessities, but in giving community recommendations as well!! The location was fantastic, located just across from the harbor and within a short distance to everything! It was so convenient and comfortable, and it felt super safe too.The house was beautifully decorated, and Mike again went above and beyond in providing both necessities and extras that made our stay truly feel like home!! My personal favorite was the coffee pods and creamer that was waiting when we got there! If we return to Martha’s Vineyard, we won’t even consider staying anywhere but here!! Thank you so much!!

We had an exceptional stay at this Martha’s Vineyard property. Everything was absolutely immaculate — from the moment we walked in, it felt fresh, pristine, and beautifully maintained. The home looks brand new, with thoughtful finishes and attention to detail throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fully relax and unwind after long days exploring the island. The location was another huge highlight — an easy walk to both The Black Dog Tavern and 9 Craft Kitchen & Bar, which made dinners and evenings out effortless. Truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we would return without hesitation.
