Newer construction Edgartown home with AC, new furniture, on the bike path.
Newer constructed home in Edgartown on the island of Martha's Vineyard within walking distance of Sengekontacket Pond. The furnishings are all new, and there is a great back yard for entertaining, as well as being on the bike path and close to State and South Beach. The home is in a highly wooded area and within a 8-10 minute bike ride or 30 minute walk to the center of Edgartown with it's fine museums, restaurants and art galleries. The owner recently completed the decoration and furnishing of the home using the services of a professional decorator with central air conditioning and all new granite countertops. Pay for 3 nights and get the 4th night fee from 12/15-3/1 excluding holidays. We also have transferable car ferry tickets available from 6/27-8/22 and we require a 7 night minimum during those months as well as a Saturday check-in as that is when our car ferry reservations can be transferred.

The host answered questions right away. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch, enjoying the beautiful hydrangea bushes. The location was very convenient to many places to explore on the island. It was a great vacation for our family.

Great home base
Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. I loved how it’s a short drive from downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven, so we really got to explore the island.

Good location a couple miles from a very busy Edgartown- nice to sit on the peaceful front porch. Also, great outdoor shower. Great communication and easy check in.

Wonderful stay.
Great house. Everything you need and good location. Had a wonderful stay and hope to be back in November. Definitely would recommend this house.

Wonderful Visit to Edgartown
The house was lovely and the VRBO photos well represented the home and location. The home was very clean, well appointed and it's a great location minutes to Edgartown.

Great place easy access to island fun
Stayed in April and had fun bike riding and exploring the island. Nice central location

Cozy hideaway
Very spacious and clean- cozy when the nights got a little chilly- close to everything but far enough away for privacy—will definitely consider renting again

Christmas in Edgartown
We had a lovely stay at this house. Everything was well appointed and the bedrooms were so lovely and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Place to Stay
Everything about this home was simply wonderful, above and beyond our expectations. It was furnished beautifully and we appreciated all the well thought out touches. Our next trip to Martha's Vineyard will surely include this rental.

Wonderful weekend on the Vineyard
Loved this home! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Especially loved the front porch rockers. Would have loved to stay longer!

We are from the finger lakes region of upstate NY and enjoy traveling and love to host families and guests and we try to make the home very welcoming and comfortable for our guests and we do have many repeat guests who also stay at our home.

We love this property as it is very close to the bike path and Sengecontacket Pond but also very private as our lot has woods in front and in back and very close to Edgartown Center and Oak Bluffs.

Central Airconditioning , covered porch in front and nice wooded deck in back with an outdoor shower and new furnishings and the house is fairly recent construction. We are also very close to the bike path and great location to Edgartown downtown and Sengecontacket pond down the street which is great for kayaking and we also provide 2 kayaks for your use. Our home is also in a very private wooded setting.
