• Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and a Kitchenette

• Climate control (air conditioning and heating)

• High-speed Wi-Fi

✅ Self check-in begins at 4:00 PM — early check-in may be available upon request and for an additional fee. ($10 Per hour)
✅ Checkout is by 10:00 AM — late checkout may be available with 24 hours’ notice and an added fee ($10 Per hour)
✅ Smart lock codes and arrival instructions will be sent prior to your stay.
✅ Shared access to the building’s living room.
✅ Pets are allowed — please ensure they are well-behaved and respectful of the space.
✅ Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for $30
✅ Pack ’n play/Travel crib - available upon request

❌ No parties or events allowed at any time.
❌ No excessive noise — please observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
✅ Pets are allowed — we kindly ask that you supervise them at all times and keep the space clean.
✅ Respect shared areas such as living room.
✅ Dispose of trash properly using designated bins — do not leave garbage in common areas.
