Welcome to Southern Seas – your perfect beachside escape! Located just steps from the sand, this charming condo offers comfort, convenience, and classic Florida vibes.
Relax in a fully equipped Large Studio with ocean view located on the 2nd floor. Unit includes 1 king and a full kitchen.
Start your mornings with coffee on the pool deck, and spend your afternoons at our heated community pool, open daily from sunrise to sunset.

✅ Return keys to the grey dropbox located near Door 11
✅ Lock all doors and windows
✅ Turn off all lights, fans, TVs, and appliances
✅ Set A/C to 75°F
✅ Gather all used towels in one spot
✅ Remove all trash and place it in the designated bins outside
🚫 NO smoking inside the unit
🚫 NO parties or events
🚫 NO unregistered guests (Please ask before inviting anyone over)
