Cozy Duplex overlooking the water walk distance to the beach
This cute, comfortable two-bedroom unit was just remodeled with a new bathroom vanity, an entire floor, a new refrigerator, Flat-Screen TVs in the living room and master bedrooms, and internet. It is on the waterway with a dock and pool and an easy walk to the beach three blocks away. Also, walk to restaurants, a fishing Pier, stores, and nightlife in Lauderdale by the Sea. It is completely set up with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the view and the nearby beach.
These are the initial products we supply:
Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one liquid soap.
Kitchen: 1 paper towel, a few trash bags, one sponge, one dish soap liquid.
This unit is a DUPLEX with a pool shared by both sides.
The homeowner reserves the right to change the unit as booked based on availability. All apartments have the same layouts and features, but some colors may vary.
"The Rental Agreement must be handwritten, signed, and sent to us, along with a copy of ID for each person (18 years old and up) who will stay in the house.
A refundable security deposit of $ 500 is required for the monthly rental
We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.
Because this is a Duplex we have a restrictive policy for dogs:
We do not allow a dog in the pool area
We do not allow a dog unleash in our property

It was as expected based on pictures. Great communication. Place was clean. Beach is .4-.5 miles easy walk. Great restaurants same distance. It does get a bit hot at night in the bedrooms though fans help. They want you to run dishwasher and wash towels at checkout though do not provide the soap. I would recommend you bring dishwasher and laundry pods. Our towels were not fresh and I’m thinking the guest before us did not buy laundry soap.

Regarding the linens and towels if the client doesn't wash our maid wash all the towels and ching the towels clients wash. So it is not possible unhad no fresh towels.

Relaxing location
Loved the location and the view of the water. It was a nice, quiet area. For the party, walk to downtown LBTS!

Lovely place with great view of intercoastal
Nice 2 bed, perfect for us & our son. Walking distance to tons of stuff- restaurants, ice cream shops, beach. Cute pool.

Vacation for daughter's wedding.
A short walk to the public beach. Nice swimming pool. Roomy three bedroom house.

Wonderful Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and everything worked. The backyard opens to the intracoastal so it was great just to drop a line and catch some nice Jack Crevalles and Blue Runners. The place is a few short minute walk to the LBTS pier and restaurants. Finally, the owner and the property manager were super responsive and helpful in all comms.

Nice Spring getaway
Enjoyed the waterfront pool experience with the iguanas. The unit was clean and well equipped. The slider needs replaced but the kitchen door worked fine.We weren't there for the TV, but would have been nice had it been a smartTV.Overall, great experience and would stay again.

Girls trip
This property was great. I wish checkout was a little later. Besides that everything was as listed and we really enjoyed the property and pool for our girls trip.

Winter Getaway
This property suited our expectations based on the online description. It was a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. We didn’t even mind the iguanas along the canal watching us while at the duplex pool! We would consider a return trip.

Great location, lots of room..
We rented both units, one for us and our kids, the other for grandparents and a cousin. Great location, walk to the beach or to shops and restaurants. Big master bedrooms, living rooms, plenty of space for 7 people. Enjoyed the pool, almost got to use the dock as well. Kitchens were well stocked with utensils, tools, cookware, plates etc. Worked well for a distanced Thanksgiving!

Great
Great property. Great location. The only issue we had was around the pool area area. We did end up catching small shards of glass in our feet in the pool area from something that must’ve been broken prior to our arrival.

I am sorry to heard that. We always suggested clientele to keep shoes on. This is a duplex and we cannot control next unit renters.

Great Location and Pool View
This was a very lovely home that reminded me of old Florida charm! Everything was very clean and the pool was just lovely. It was so nice to swim and look at the canal. Very affordable for the location as the beach was just a few minutes away and the Lauderdale by the Sea area was just a few more minutes which made walking possible to all areas. I would definitely come back and stay there again! Sabrina was easy to reach and was kind to let us get a later check out date on the day of our departure.

Enjoyable stay
The duplex was nice sized and close walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Any issues that came up, Sabrina answered and quickly fixed, even on Christmas Day!! My son enjoyed fishing from the dock daily; he brought his own rod and tackle. The beach was 3 blocks away; 4 beach towels, 3-4 chairs, and some buckets were provided. Overall a nice time.

Good location, close to everything
Great spot to bring the family and enjoy a short walk to everything southern Florida has to offer. Better than staying at a crowded condo complex. Pool was great and the central AC works. Overall a great place to stay.
The ceiling in the small bathroom was peeling and the AC seems to keep one bedroom a lot colder than the other. The dryer sounds like it's on its last legs but it still worked when we were there.

New years stay family
Quiet street and neighborhood , easy 5 minutes walk to beach. 10 minutes to Lauderdal by the Sea walking on quiet street of El Mar. Nice quiet view of canal in backyard. Host was very communicative and place is spacious with two nice bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen with laundry available. Plenty of room for family of 4. The only thing I would change is that the pool was heated. Too cold to swim in during the winter.
