Start your mornings with your choice of drip or single-cup Ninja coffee from the dual coffee station, then settle in at one of the two spacious counters, offering seating for eight. Just beyond, the open-concept living room invites you to relax by the fireplace, with lake views visible through sliding glass doors. Sink into the plush couch or one of three cozy armchairs and enjoy a movie on the smart TV—or step outside for something even better.



The private balcony is where your vacation truly comes to life. Sip wine on the deck as boats glide across the water, or enjoy dinner alfresco with a private gas grill and two dining tables—one for six and another for four—making it perfect for entertaining under the stars. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, ceiling fan, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, ceiling fan, patio access, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Portable crib, high chair, air fryer, griddle, and pool floats available.

• Community amenities: pool, gym, meeting room, commercial ice machine, gas grills, pizza oven, and fire pit.

• Guests do not have access to the community docks, and no boat slips are included with the rental or available for rent.

o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
