Would have rated better, but was full of spider webs, kept walking into them, doors going to deck had visible openings also, one shower light was out, other than that it was all good

The place was exactly what it looked like. Very clean and very nice. The windows were amazing and we spent a lot of the time on the deck, which is perfect for the lake. The host was responsive and awesome to deal with! 5 stars

Had a lovely stay

My friends and I had a great stay at the tree top villa! Would stay here again, it’s a great space on the water with all the necessary amenities.

We had a wonderful time. Home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The interior design is dated but I believe that is also part of its charm. Great deck and amazing view of the lake! Would absolutely stay here again.

Got this house for my daughter’s bachelorette party. It was a great house, great location amazing view! only thing I would say negative was it needs a deep cleaning. A lot of dust and dead bugs behind the sofa. Smells old but it is old so we got past that. Overall great experience. The outside could use a good power wash. Tons of spiderwebs and spiders but you’re in the woods so I know that’s to be expected. House had everything we needed. Big bonus was the ice maker at the wetbar. The water was a little too rough off the dock but it was shootout weekend so during the week I’m sure it’s better for swimming.

Great Location and lodging

Overall it was a nice stay, close to the water and the property was clean. It is a little dated but did not affect are stay at all. Very Satisfied

Great house

The house was great. We have a large family and this house had plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved playing downstairs and enjoyed the community pool! We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay for a family reunion!

This unit offers a million dollar view of the main channel. Its large decks are in excellent condition and a great place to watch the boats go by on the channel. Great sunsets too! The unit itself is large. We had 12 guests and we were never tripping over each other. Our multi-generation family wanted me to book a stay again next year. The kitchen is large and there is a bar on the lower level with a refrigerator and ice maker. The unit itself is older and shows some signs of wear and tear. There were plenty of dishes, towels, 2 pantries in the kitchen to store your food. I thought the gas grill was small for the size of the unit.

Tree Tops getaway

Great location on the lake, spacious and beautiful home. A little dated, but if you know the TreeTops, you know that going into the deal. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Treetop 32 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was amazing. The house itself was super clean when we arrived and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. There was ample space for us all to park and plenty of sleeping areas for everyone to rest their head. All of the appliances and such worked. The house may feel dated to some, but everything works as expected and is super clean; our group felt that it really fit the lake house vibe. The location of this house is really nice, you're able to get great views and some really beautiful sunsets. The back porch is awesome and the dock is great to swim off of.

Perfect location for a getaway with the family.

We really enjoyed our spring break trip at this house. Large enough space that we didn’t hear the kids playing games downstairs and plenty of deck space for watching the sun set. This was exactly what we wanted and will for sure go back again. It’s at the end of a dead end road too, so not much traffic at all. Very quiet and peaceful location. Few minutes from the grocery store and a couple of restaurants if you want to eat out one night.

Great Stay!

We (4 couples) loved this house! We instantly felt right at home with everything at our fingertips. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, there's plenty of room for everyone to do their thing. Large dining table, room for everyone to be in the kitchen, large room downstairs for those watching TV, playing games... Bedrooms were very comfortable with great views. John and his group were so responsive when we had a question or request. We highly recommend this great house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: house had a unpleasant smell to it. Carpet appeared well over 40 years old. Many things not working (blinds, steam room, ceiling fans broke, and more). Great view and location but condition of home is extremely old and untouched for decades.

The property is amazing! We had a problem with the oven due to the knobs being switched potentially by a previous guest. This caused our oven to set to broil and would not turn off. We contacted the property manager and a maintenance worker was at the property within 10 minutes and diagnosed and resolved the issue. There was lake access to go kayaking and floating. There were nearby pools and the property was close to the Dam. It was nice to have things to cook with and coffee cups to use. My family loved the place and plan to return.

Good place for family stay

Our multi-generational family enjoyed our stay. We got into the lake every day (water was warm!) and used the outdoor community pool several times. We were unaware that there was a major boat race weekend coming and so the noise of the speedboats from 7am to 11pm was disconcerting. It's not a complaint on the house or location but more of a heads up to people who are looking for something ultra quiet 24/7. It did take us a while to figure out the climate control and the selection of serving utensils was limited but we loved all the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Plenty of space for people to be on their own when they needed to be.

Amazing property in the Ozarks

We decided to take a family vacation to the Ozarks this year and found this property on VRBO. Everything was exactly as listed. The house easily accommodated the 13 family members, 8 adults and 5 children aged 5 to 16. There was plenty of space for all of us. The home is right on the water and we enjoyed many many hours playing in the lake. The fishing was amazing also right off the swim platform. The amenities at Tree Top Village we’re great from the multiple swimming pools, tennis court, sports court, hot tub. The home is also located close to lots of things in town and you could easily run errands without having to drive too far to get things like groceries and dining. Overall an A+ experience. I would definitely rent here again.
