3BR/2BA Bright Beach Home w/NEW MATTRESSES sleeps 6 & can fit 4 vehicles! Peek-a-boo ocean view from LARGE 2nd level back deck with beautiful open front marsh view from second level porch!
Short walk to BEACH ACCESS and close to your favorite Surf City day or nightlife activities, rentals and restaurants.
Fully furnished with all you need in the kitchen, linens, and towels. Lower storage includes two bikes, several boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, kids beach toys, folding wagon, and more!
Recently upgraded guest bathroom, new screens, new front door, stringed lights added to back deck, additional TV added (in master bedroom), and more.
PET RULES: 1. Two pets (only dogs or cats) are permitted so long as each is 50 lbs or
less.
2. These dogs or cats must be housebroken, flea-free, and 1 year or older.
3. Please pick up after your pet when it/they go to the bathroom outside.
4. No pets on the couch or beds.
5. Pets must be crated if left unattended at the property.
6. If any furniture, or the property in general, is damaged, guests will be
charged accordingly with an invoice from a repairman.
7. We want you and your pets to have the best stay! :)
Lastly, the outdoor shower is winterized (unusable) from November to March.

Well equipped home only a few min walk away from beach! Extremely clean upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor shower was a wonderful addition for washing dog and kids.

Fantastic beach spot! Lovely to be so close to the beach and able to see the intercostal out the front porch! Many thoughtful touches including baby gates, pack-n-play, and supplies for the beach itself. The walk to the beach is easy with a boardwalk behind the house so you don't have to go on the main road. Would definitely stay again!

The location was great. It was close to town. There was a nice wooden walkway to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms had plenty of space. Check in easy. We had a great vacation. I would definitely say again.

Overall, great stay! Would recommend, but if I wanted to get picky - I’d say bring more of your own towels, especially beach towels because there weren’t any provided like the listing mentions. They had 1 shower towel and 1 wash cloth per guest for the entire week. Also, plan to buy some cleaning supplies to scrub dishes off with, they did provide a couple hand/dish towels. Otherwise everything was great. Great space, close to the beach. Used the wagon/chairs for the beach a lot. Had a large variety of dishes and cookware that we frequently used. Very clean and prepped well, even was able to check in an hour early upon our arrival. So we do appreciate that. Easy to work with! Thank you!

I wish you would have told us about the towels during the stay because somehow the cleaners may either missed it, or got it mixed with another house by accident. We do provide beach towels, so sorry if that was for some reason missing. Same for the scrubs, those are supposed to be there for the stay as well.
Otherwise, glad you all had a pleasant stay and we absolutely love to proximity to the beach as well, and glad it was clean for you all!

Host was great and very quick to respond. Location of this house is amazing. If you want to be close to the beach, this is perfect. It’s six a quick walk to the beach access. The home is cozy and had everything we needed for the stay. Overall a great stay!

This was the perfect little beach house for our trip. It is so close to the ocean and was so easy for us to just walk over whenever we wanted to go to the beach. The patios were really nice to sit out on too!

The location is PERFECT. Such a short walk to the beach access. Only a couple minutes to the surf city bridge. Close to all the good restaurants but not too close. Hosts always responded quickly to any questions I had. Always polite and helpful! The house isn’t huge, but it was only 3 of us so it was the perfect size for what we needed.

Superior communication with hosts, excellent proximity to public beach access and gorgeous views of the Intracoastal waterway. Rocking chairs at sunset were the cherry on top!!

Great beach house!
We had a great stay! Loved the hammock, the views, and the short walk to the beach. Good communication!Beds were a bit soft for our taste, but we still slept well.

Great First Family Trip to the Beach
We had a wonderful time at Dana Point for our first family trip to the beach as a family of 4. The location could not have been more convenient and the house offered us everything that we needed.

Loved it!
Fantastic property and wonderful hosts. Plenty of beach stuff on hand for grandkids to play with and enjoy, with short walk to the beach.
