My first time in the area and absolutely loved it. It was so nice to have a 2 bedroom with 2 king beds for friends. Brenda, thank you for everything.

We had a lovely long weekend at Amelia staying this condo. The communication with the owner was excellent. The condo was very clean and well appointed - the bed and shower were both very good. The location is great - you are very close to the boardwalk and can see the ocean from the patio.The kitchen was well equipped - even had a big jug of spring water for the coffee maker waiting for us:)We certainly recommend this condo hope to return soon!

Have been a guest of Brenda’s at her condo multiple times. Her hospitality, timely response to issues, location/cleanliness of her condo, restaurant recommendations, have ALL been spot on. We could not have had a better week on Amelia Island. Thank you, AGAIN!! Hope to be back very soon!

Overall a great property and we had a great stay! My only issue was the mattresses were horrible and one side sank in and so my husband and I woke up with back and neck pain.

Thank you for letting me know about this issue. We are actually in the process of picking out a new mattress for the master, but will now speed up the research. We want to make sure we make a good decision. This will definitely be fixed. Brenda

Clean quiet condo with pretty sea views. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo and spacious. Open plan living dining makes the space fun for gathering.

Great condo: comfortable beds, perfect ocean front location, beautiful beach, quiet even though there were quite a few dogs, and quick responsive owners.Fun watching the tortoises on the property and sharktooth hunting!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was in a great location! It was an easy walk to the beach, and quick drive to dining at the Omni. My kids saw several turtles and had a great time playing in the ocean. There were some chairs and an umbrella on the patio for use.Overall the condo was clean and the host was easy to get a hold of when we had questions. I would highly recommend this condo. My only recommendation would be to bring beach towels as none are provided.

Great condo. Beautiful view and sunrises. Close to everything. Brenda was so great for answering any questions we had. Plan on enjoying this home again next year. No hesitation necessary if you are interested.
