This was about our fifth time staying at this condo. We’ve tried a number of others but like this one the best so we’re just coming here now. The balcony is great - so close to the beach.

The host is terrific and responsive. The kitchen is new and well-stocked. The condo is clean. The view is fabulous! We've stayed here multiple times and will return next year!

Great location

Condo was nice and well stocked with most everything you need. Beach just a few steps away, balcony had a great view of ocean, good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay!

Love this place!

This is our second time staying at 305 and you can't beat the view and proximity to the town and amenities. The condo is well stocked with everything needed for cooking, plenty of linens, and great furnishings.

Fun Short Trip

My husband and I enjoyed our trip over Spring Break. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is right on the beach so the walk is short and the views are great. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect week at the beach

Location was great! Huge balcony, which is where spent most of our time. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again

Outstanding location. Supper Comfy

The apartment is supper cozy, very well set up and decorated. The beds were absolutely super comfortable. Linens were soft, plenty towels for shower, kitchen fully supplied with pots, pans and utensils. I would definitely book this place again

A wonderful vacation

We loved the unit and view of the beach, the sound of the ocean, and the town and restaurants. A perfect week. Our dog, Gracie, loves the beach, too.

Very nice place with awesome location. Everything was as described on the site. This was our first time to the area and will be back and will rent this property again. The management company was very understanding and helpful.

Great location!

Property is in a great location on the 3rd floor with balcony looking out at the ocean. The space is a bit dated and could use some fixing up but overall was a good place.

Just as described. Beautiful oceanfront balcony. Beautiful sunrise. Michael was so quick to respond. Communication perfect. Had a perfect birthday getaway. Would definitely stay here again.
