New salt water, heated pool! Emerald Coast Retreat is a spacious family friendly home that offers an open floor plan. It is located less than a mile from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the Gulf of America. The home is in the perfect location to enjoy the beaches, attractions, shopping, and dining options of Panama City Beach. Laguna Haven Community sits on the west side, which offers a family friendly atmosphere and is great if you are after a bit more peaceful beach experience.
We have beach gear for you to use: boogie boards, umbrella, cooler, chairs, beach mat, beach wagon, beach towels. We also have a game room with tv and hang out area. Air hockey, arcade game, board games, and corn hole! Pets are allowed, please inquire when you book. We typically allow up to two dogs with prior approval. Pet fees apply per animal.

We had the BEST stay here! We are already planning our trip back to stay here. The host was wonderful and the house was immaculate. The pool was beautiful and so relaxing. I’d give more stars if I could!

We just stayed at this home and were very happy with everything. Nathan was extremely responsive when we had any questions and in addition checked on us each day to ensure everything was going smoothly. The home was very clean, the bedrooms were a great size and the pool was a nice addition. They have turned the garage into an activity center with an arcade game, sofa, tv and air hockey. Great thing to keep kids occupied for a bit if the weather isn't cooperating for outside activities. We had a wonderful time and will definitely look to stay here again.

This place is wonderful and very peaceful!! Easy to get to all locations. We enjoyed ourselves and had plenty of room for everyone as we attended a wedding this weekend!! Will definitely be back.

Prior to arrival and throughout stay Nathan was a great communicator and host. We were the first guests with the properties new pool so we were excited about that, but knowing there could be some hiccups with anything new. Fortunate to say, all was well there and the new pool was great! Super warm (80F), clean and great size/depth (max of 5ft) for out three kids ages 10 and under. Overall the house easily accommodated our family of five and had tons of great things for the kids, saving us from trying to pack extra toys as well as beach and pool things. We did have one little issue come up that required a 'technician' be called, however I believe it is at no fault of the hosts and appeared somewhat routine as I actually saw another home in the neighborhood with the same problem. Regardless, Nathan and I spoke and he was prompt and professional with getting the right people in place and the issue resolved. In the event they couldn't resolve swiftly he even offered to get us a hotel, however that was not required!If we are ever in the area we would stay here again!One note someone might find helpful. We did assess the area on a map prior to our stay to consider if we would walk to/from the beach, and found what appeared to be a busy four lane road between the property and the beach. We went thinking "maybe walkable" however found it to be an extremely busy road and would not advise walking. The parking situation by the beach did not prove to be a problem at all!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in Panama City Beach! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. We especially enjoyed spending time outdoors, relaxing by the pool, and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The property felt safe, welcoming, and truly like a home away from home.The host was excellent very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire experience stress-free.Our family created so many great memories here, and we would not hesitate to stay again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic Panama City Beach getaway!
