The location is the best part. But it is Pretty dated. Improvements could be better beds (except the master was fine) and furniture.Great response when air conditioning was not adequately cooling- service improved it but it is old and never really got to the setting so I imagine the electric bill would improve and satisfaction of other tenets too if it was replaced.

Clean cute little house literally steps from the beach. Plenty of parking space, host was friendly and quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. The beach views are incredible, and location to restaurants and shops could not have been better. My one and only complaint is the master bathroom is SMALL, but I will definitely look to book this place again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay even though we ran into issues w the home. The shower knob was broken, they got someone to try to fix it but all the guy did was move the blue cover for the cold water side to the hot water side to keep the screw from coming out and then after that the screw was coming apart from the cold knob and he came back to replace the screw but it still came apart from the cap being removed to the other side.we appreciated the help with the issues around the house but the overall condition of the home did not meet basic standards.During our visit, we experienced several problems:• The refrigerator was not working and had to be replaced, causing us to have to wait for them which took a while bc we didnt know when they were going to show up. We had our pups so we didnt want them to run out if we went to the beach. • The shower knob was making it hard to use • The initial cleaning was not sufficient when we arrived. There was a pantIliner on the bedroom door frame, that was gross• the bedroom in the front part of the house smelled strongly of cigarettes from previous guest, the second hand smoke was horrible we couldnt enjoy that room bc of it. - One of the advertised bathrooms and outside shower was not available the whole stay.These issues took away from our experience and the value of the rental. I was hoping for a partial refund but I know how that is. I think if it wasnt for my family staying and letting people know about the issues, it would pro

When the refrigerator issue arose, it could have been repaired, but the owner chose to replace it entirely so your family would have a more reliable solution and could enjoy the remainder of your stay without further concerns. We also sincerely apologize for the other issues you encountered. We have addressed these concerns internally with our pre-arrival and property care teams so we can do better moving forward. Your feedback is especially valuable as the home is scheduled for renovations this off-season. We’re excited about the improvements planned for the property and would be happy to welcome your family back next year. The beach and deck area are amazing, 5 star. We did encounter a mildew/moldy odor. Which the property management said they were aware. After acknowledging the problem it took them 48 hours to come treat the area and then another 24 hours for the odor to go away. So we were unable to use the master bedroom and bath during that period of time. So from a house standpoint, 2 star.

Location great. We wanted aDog friendly place to stay. Communicated before trip about taking dogs to beach and we’re not told dogs couldn’t be on beach. We were ticketed and found out the hard way. Place had a scent of mold/mildew. Mold visable in bath room cabinet. A few things broken and run down but overall it was fairly clean. Communication with landlord was good. Propane tank for fire pit empty and no extra toilet paper but otherwise it was good. Beds comfy.

Very happy with the beach house would go there again

The Beachhouse was in a excellent location there was plenty of room you step off the back porch right into the sand you couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a vacation.

The stay was an overall 5 but with some 4-star amenities. For sure, the home offers a beautiful view on the beach— the best access to the beach and a very accommodating patio with fire pit and grill(s) as the pics display. Also love the street location of the property to the surrounding food/shopping options too. We really enjoyed the separate sunroom to give us adults some privacy from the kiddos when needed as well. We were able to make some good meals in the well equipped kitchen too. I would say the 4-star portion would be the small bathrooms (master very small) and some worn furniture pieces/lamps that didn’t quite meet our expectations with a home in this category and could be updated. Overall, it’s a very cozy style cottage home that we would stay at again.

Oleander Drive never disappoints. This house was no exception. Perfect beach house, perfect location. Also a plus, great parking for those of us with bigger vehicles. Property manager was a text a way. We will definitely rent this house again

Good times

Had a great time at this location. Great views and easy access to beach. Wasn’t thrilled about all the bedroom placements but we made it work. Overall, we’d stay again.
