This is a place of enchantment, where ancient Mayan ruins meet lush jungles and the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea. As you embark on your journey to this tropical paradise, we kindly ask you to consider the following essential details:

1. Harmony with Nature:
Respect Nature, Be Respected: Our hotel is located in an ecologically sensitive area, and we are dedicated to preserving its beauty. Please avoid littering, respect local wildlife, and conserve energy by turning off lights and using air conditioning responsibly. Remember to switch off AC units when you leave.

2. Construction Updates:
Evolving Tulum & Soliman Bay: This área is undergoing growth and transformation, and nearby construction may occur during your stay. Construction hours are typically 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, with occasional extensions to 8 am to 6 pm. Some phases may involve noise. While we aim to make your stay memorable, construction is beyond our control.

3. Fauna Encounters:
Wildlife Abounds: We home diverse wildlife, including sea turtles and jungle species. As construction continues, animals may pass through or seek new hábitats (including insects). Please do not harm any wildlife and inform us if you encounter any so we can safely return them to their environment. To avoid attracting them, we recommend storing food in the fridge, as we cannot control their persistent search for food.

4. Essential Services & Amenities:
Infrastructure Awareness: We are still a small town with infrastructure not designed for high demand. Services like electricity, water, and internet may face disruptions due to weather or maintenance. While beyond our control, we will assist you if this happens.
Amenities Update: Occasionally, amenity issues may occur due to frequent guest use. These are normal and not due to negligence. Our Concierge Team is available to address and resolve any concerns promptly.

5. Weather & Hurricanes: Quintana Roo is prone to hurricanes and heavy rains. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations due to these events or similar situations.

6. Navigating the area:
Growing Town: Tulum & Soliman Bay are rapidly evolving, and some streets may be hard to find or not fully paved. Zip codes and street names can also be confusing. Don’t worry—our Concierge team will send detailed villa location instructions via instant messaging on your check-in date. We're here to assist you throughout your stay.

7. Humid Climate:
Tulum's climate is humid, especially during the wet season. Visitors should expect muggy conditions and may notice a typical wet/earthy smell inside and outside the houses due to the humidity. Additionally, construction materials like Chuukum stucco are designed to naturally adapt to this environment and might change their colour when exposed to rain or humidity

8. Parties
Tulum and its proximities have become a popular global vacation destination, attracting families, friends, work groups, and young people seeking fun. Parties are common, especially during holidays. While we prohibit parties at our property, we cannot control external events. If loud music from nearby parties disrupts your sleep, we will do our best to assist you, but please note that this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible.

9. Concierge Services
Our Concierge team is happy to arrange third-party services, such as tours, transportation, chefs, yachts, spas, and decorations, before or during your stay. While we can coordinate these services, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with external providers. We will assist in resolving concerns.
