Perfect location for our long-term stay (one month). Conveniently located near the airport, public transportation, stores, and highways. Standout feature is the host — super communicative and responsive to anything that came up.

Perfect for our stay, cozy clean little house. host was welcoming and communicated quickly and effectively. Fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice stay, made 1st time rental

Had a great stay, we’re in town for a kids sporting event. Rental allowed us to be like we were home with clean and comfortable accommodations. Small issue with WiFi connection and was responded to promptly and resolved.

Clean, easy and simple!

The house is in a perfect location - easy walking access to parks and activities. The neighborhood is quiet and backyard is a great place to relax. Well-stocked with all kitchen, bath and laundry supplies. We had everything we needed and will definitely stay again.

Perfect place for our needs. Bathroom is tight but totally functional. Loved the tankless water heater so 4 of us could shower and not run out of hot water. Beds were super comfy and big! Only complaint was that there were tiny black ants around. Host was VERY responsive and has a plan of attack. Appreciated all the quick communication with the host.

This is a very cute, charming house. It was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The house is small with no dining table, just a 2 seat hightop table in the living room. The bathroom is tiny and sandwiched closely between the bedrooms. Although there may be bed space for 6, the only seating is a small couch and 2 barstools. The chair in the pictures was not there during our stay. Luckily there was just 2 of us and due to some heater issues that were never resolved (partial refund) we weren't able to spend much time in the home. The kitchen is sparsely appointed and there is no dishwasher surround making it a bit unsightly. The home is conveniently located with a fenced yard perfect for dogs and kids, washer/dryer, ironing board (no iron that we could find), extra blankets, sheets and towels, plenty of paper products. I see in other reviews where the owner was highly responsive...we did not have that luck as it was hours between communication.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. I'm glad you found the home clean, charming, conveniently located, and comfortable, and that the fenced yard and supplies worked well for your stay. I'm sorry again about the heater issue. As soon as I was made aware, I had my property manager come by to try to relight it. When that did not resolve the issue, I scheduled the earliest available specialist appointment, which unfortunately could not happen until checkout day due to the weekend. I also issued a partial reimbursement for the inconvenience. I appreciate the additional notes as well. I've since made sure a backup heater and iron are available, and I'll be reviewing the kitchen inventory, seating, dishwasher trim, and listing photos to make sure everything is clear and accurate for future guests. The home is a cozy 2-bedroom with a sleeper sofa, and I appreciate the feedback as I continue improving the guest experience.
