This totally unique property is one of only seven residences that are privately snuggled up against the prestigious 600 acre SEA PINES FOREST PRESERVE on Hilton Head Island.
This lush landscape creates privacy and a spectacular lake view as well as a pristine forest where wildlife abounds, yet is only a short walk to the beach!
The pool and tennis/pickle ball court are just steps away and the beach access is a 8 minute walk.
-All Sea Pines guests must stop at the gate and purchase a mandatory weekly pass for $20. Simply give them our Sea Pines address (note you are not required to purchase the pass if you do not plan on enjoying all of the Sea Pines amenities as our property is located just outside of the gate)
-Maximum guests allowed is 4
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to us immediately
- No pets allowed on the furniture
-1 dog only 40 pounds or less. Owner discretion is advised, per HOA regulations
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to us immediately
