The house is in a nice neighborhood that feels safe. It has plenty of room. The host was super responsive to any issues we had. It’s an easy 15 minute drive from Fort Jackson.

The house worked out perfectly for the (4) of us that came to see the Masters. Clean rooms, all the amenities that you need, at a fair price. I would rent again...hopefully soon.

The neighborhood is quiet. We did meet a few people and they were very friendly. The location is easy to get to, is close to USC, and has a lot near by. The house itself was beautiful and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bath towels were good however if you like a larger or fluffier towel, I recommend packing your own. Overall a great experience!

The entire house was clean and beautiful. The host had prompt replies to any message I sent. The check in and out instructions were clear. We would love to stay here again if we ever need to come back to Columbia.

The house is in a great location if you are going to Fort Jackson for basic training graduation. There are stores close by and lots of restaurant. Nice & safe neighborhood. No grilling allowed. The house could use some kitchen knives, a larger cooking pot & a good skillet. A baking dish would be nice to have along with a drink pitcher. We would have liked a couple extra blankets also. The house was newer with nice clean bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen .

We enjoyed our stay in Columbia. The house was really nice, spacious, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. Because we went at Christmas time, there was quite the party across the street on Christmas Eve, and we almost could not get into the driveway. That was not on the owners, of course. We definitely would come here again, because the neighborhood is otherwise very quiet.

This house was just as advertised. It is in a quiet neighborhood just off main highways. Easy entry in to house. Four comfortable bedrooms all upstairs. Plenty of open area downstairs. Bring your passwords for your TV apps. Kitchen is nice for cooking. If you would rather eat out, there are good restaurants nearby. Nice sitting area in back. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to Ft Jackson.

Was ok. Had to buy or own tissues or use tp. No towels in the kitchen and limited paper towels. Bathroom upstairs leaked water to the main floor but they took care of it right away and we appreciate the quick response and resolution.
