I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Heart Stone House! The house is really well appointed, even for a long stay. Communication with the hosts was quick and efficient. The location is great. It’s located in a walkable neighborhood with incredible trail access. The fenced-in backyard was terrific.

It was a great place for our family to do a small reunion and Jamie, the host was great and making sure that our needs were taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Durango.

We had an amazing time and can’t wait to stay again! Working with the host was so easy! Even got to hang out with beautiful deer during our morning coffee!

Can I give 6 stars??? If I could, I wouldn't hesitate! We had the most phenomenal stay at Heart Stone House. The hosts have thought of everything to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The house is beautiful, spacious, and has many indoor and outdoor spots to relax, connect, and enjoy the beauty of Durango. The location is fantastic - we walked to hiking trails, the river walk, and to great restaurants and coffee spots. We hope to return, both to Durango and to Heart Stone House!

The host was very welcoming and attentive to any of our needs. The location is perfect with beautiful morning views off the front balcony. Nature abounds all around this wonderful abode. The home itself was very clean and had many amenities from cleaning supplies, everything you might need in a kitchen, plenty of bedding and bathroom supplies, and even a few snacks. We truley wanted for nothing. Would gladly stay again.

Had a quick one night stay and the house was perfect! Clean and accommodating. The even set up the crib for us and asked which room to have it ready in. Really enjoyed the thoughtful local goodies in the kitchen. My daughter left her beloved stuffed animal and Jamie made sure to reunite them! Above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

The house was very modern and pleasant. My family enjoyed the location, amenities and it was very clean. Great location within walking distance to the river walking trail, a brewery, a coffee shop and other eateries. Lots of space for the whole family and our pets with a great living room and dinning room with fantastic views. Lots of games, books and entertainment! The well equipped kitchen made a great environment to cook in. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs! There was a lot of wildlife to watch from the front balcony, it became a favorite activity!Communication with the owner was concise and kind. Overall the stay was fantastic and we would definitely be back soon!

Just got home from a world wind tour of Colorado and still can’t stop talking about our trip to Durango. We really enjoyed our three-night stay in this home. The house is immaculate and fully functional. Absolutely perfect for our needs. We walked in the door and just kept on living our best life. We were able to enjoy the town of Durango and the surrounding areas. The home is cozy and perfectly set up and ready to go. Can’t say enough good things about the host, Jamie. If you need anything, just send Jamie a message and you’ll have an answer within minutes. We really appreciate your attention to details making our stay perfect. Thank you.

Very cute house with plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the main road into town. And it’s a nice morning walk for some great local coffee and fantastic pastries.

Very nice clean well stocked and quiet rental. Nice touches such as plenty of books and games to play. Very comfortable beds.
