Great Condo

Over all this property was one of the best I’ve stayed in., perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean and tidy, and everything in the description was accurate. Communication with the property manager was seamless and immediate. We would book this property again for sure.

Overall stay was good. Property is in need of some repairs. The floor boards are coming up throughout the unit and the vanity in the master is broken. Otherwise the unit was clean and the guard gate was easy to manage and normally quiet. The apartment is close to Disney and easy to find. The sheets in the master were wet from the washing machine when we arrived and there

Good value for the cost. Unit could use a good maintenance update; fix the drywall anchors holding the curtains in main room for example. When we arrived at the property we were told we were not on the property list to be stay there. 4 hours on the slower response texting line it was finally resolved. At least after 1 hour we were at least able to get into the unit.

Perfect for Disney Vacation

We were so impressed with this condo! With no reviews I was hesitant to book but it was perfect. Seemed brand new. Everything was super clean and organized. We’d absolutely stay here again. If you’re traveling by car, I would recommend bringing your own pillows. I found the provided ones to be very flat and I had trouble sleeping but that’s nothing against the property. My husband was fine with the pillows. 100% recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. This unit is within Windsor Hills gated community which is very nice. Our family has stayed in this neighborhood many times. We love the pool and waterslides. And the little grill/store, at which we got some drinks.The unit itself is on the second floor ( elevator and stairs). Accessing the condo with door code was easy-clear directions and code upon check-in date. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well socked. The pillows are better than most. Having the screened-in balcony was very enjoyable. The decor was just as pictured. Very cute.Our only trouble was checking in. There was a communication breakdown between the community and the owner:we weren’t on the guest list so we had to get in the check-in line each time we approached the property which at times was very long and we couldn’t use the amenities until we were “guests”. The Windsor Hills people eventually reached the owners/managing company and all was set straight. The rest of the stay was problem free. We had a wonderful time here.

Playful Paradise

The room was clean, modern, smelled nice and bug free and reflected the pictures shown. We did enjoy our stay here. My only issue was the bed was hard to me and my husband not very comfy, it was really firm. The toilets need to be upgraded as they are lower to the ground not quite ADA height as most toilets are. It would have also been nice to have a handheld shower in the bathrooms and master shower could use an upgrade. Overall though we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again! We were in town for our granddaughters participation in Allstar Worlds cheer competition! Thanks for a great place!

I wanted to reach out before leaving a review because we experienced a number of issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience.Here’s what we encountered:No shampoo or hand soap in the kitchen dispenserTV streaming was extremely slow or wouldn’t connectWe were denied entry at check-in because our names weren’t listedWe weren’t allowed into the pool for the same reasonRug and furniture were dirty; we found bugs on a chair and small flies in a bedGarbage disposal and washing machine didn’t workThermostat said the minimum was 70, but the temperature dropped to 60 overnightLight in the bunk room didn’t workFire alarm went off, forcing us to leave midday TuesdayConsidering all these problems, we’d like to request a partial refund for the inconvenience and the condition of the property. Please let me know how you’d like to handle this.Thank you

Host wasn’t very helpful at helping us extend our stay and wasn’t responsive at all when we were told we were on the HOA check in list and weren’t allowed on the property.
