If you're looking for the PERFECT location for your family vacation, this is it! Less than 2 miles to the gates of Disney, and within minutes to most area attractions, restaurants and shopping, all at a cost lower than hotels will charge!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT PLACE FOR A FAMILY OF 4-5, THIS CONDO IS IT!! This upscale resort condo has all the amenities you will need after a fun-filled day at the parks including: Incredible and huge family friendly pool nicer than most hotel resorts, hot tub right next to the pool, waterpark with waterslides, state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness area, on-site sundry shop, its own movie theatre, tennis and basketball courts, putting green, and a high quality young children's playground ALL at no extra charge!

This clean, warm, & inviting condo has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Privacy and room for everybody! It has all the comforts of home, including FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Its decor is a Magnolia style theme and with Disney decor for the kids. Sleep soundly in the king-sized bed in the master bedroom with ceiling fan to stir a gentle breeze while you sleep, and fun high quality sturdy bunk beds with a trundle bed for the kids in their very own Disney themed room. And THEIR OWN TV for watching or game playing!

The kids will have their own bedroom, their own TV, and their own bathroom! Smart TV's in every room, including a 65 inch flat screen smart tv mounted in the family room and master bedroom. This first floor condo also has a cozy lanai/screened in porch for your morning coffee sessions or enjoying a good book at the end of the day. No Smoking please. This unit is HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. We also provide a high chair and portable crib (pack & play) as well as an umbrella stroller for your use during your stay.

Our stay was great. It was clean and really nice being ground level. We were also appreciated how quiet the entire place was. I would highly reccomend.

Our host Wendy was very nice and was in contact with us regularly before, during, and after our stay. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and suited our taste. The location is ideal and provided close and easy access to all of the resorts amenities. It was really like a home away from home! The cost is more than reasonable and is a great value. We look forward to our next stay here (and we will.)

The condo was AMAZING! Zero complaints. It was very nice, updated, and clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. We loved being on the first floor and communication witn the host was open and easy. We would love to stay here again!

Great location and beautifully updated condo

We have stayed in many houses, hotels and condos around the Disney area with our family of five, but this was the nicest place we’ve found. It was updated, clean, and a perfect location to the parks. Highly recommend. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo is just as pictured. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Being on the ground floor was nice. There was very little noise above us We enjoyed the location in Windsor Hills. It has a nice pool/clubhouse area and is very close to Disney and Universal. The host was very responsive whenever I had a question. We would definitely book this unit again.

Great condo

Was a nice little condo to stay in while visiting Orlando! The resort community was perfect, and felt like the price was comparable to a hotel, but I got twice as much space for our family of 5. Will be booking here again for future trips!

Perfect place super close to Disney

This was the perfect place for my little family to stay at and be close to Disney! My daughter loved the Disney themed bedroom and ejoyed sleeping in a different bed of the bunk beds every night! Definitely would recommend this property!!

Our vacation rental is very, very close to Disney and other theme parks. We chose this property because we love the Windsor Hills resort. Our unit has a beautiful, relaxing view of green space, while being close to the pool without the noise.
