This includes uneven terrain, wild animals and insects. Water activities are at your own risk. Guests should be cautious and supervise children at all times. Be mindful of unseen hazards such as slippery or soft ground, submerged logs, rocks and varying water depths.
The Renter acknowledges that by booking/reserving/renting this Property the Renter and all parties in the booking agree to the Liability Waiver and to follow all the rules of the Property.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Rental Period: Any time in the calendar year 2025-2026
Renters: Booked reservation
In consideration for being permitted to rent and use the Property located at the address above (the "Property"), ("Owners"), the Renter(s) ("Renter") agrees to the following terms and conditions on their own behalf, their family, guests and invitees:
1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
Renter acknowledges that occupying the Property, particularly a lake house (waterfront property), involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
A. Water related activities: Drowning, slips, trips, falls, injuries while swimming, boating or using other watercraft or devices. Encounters with marine life resulting in injury or death.
B. Property conditions: Uneven terrain, docks, stairs, decks, potential for wildlife encounters, adverse weather conditions and the inherent dangers of a lake environment.
C. Activities: Injuries resulting from hiking, sports activities, orv activities or general use of the Property and its amenities.
Renter confirms they are aware of these risks and understand that this list is not exhaustive. Renter voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, death, or property damage sustained while in or upon the Property or participating in any activities on or near the Property.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Renter hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Owner or their agents, employees, successors and assigns (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, expenses, costs or liabilities of any nature whatsoever, arising from or in connection with Renter's use of the Property, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory.
3. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Renter agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Releasees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death,, loss of services or otherwise, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with Renter's use of the Property. This applies even if the Releasees are negligent in whole or in part.
4. RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES
Renter agrees to:
A. Obey all applicable laws, regulations, posted rules and rules in the property listing on Rental Platform Website during the rental period.
B. Use the Property and its amenities responsibly and safely.
C. Take responsibility for any minors or their guests on the Property.
D. Report any unsafe conditions or concerns to the Owner immediately.
5. MEDICAL CARE AND INSURANCE
Renter acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for any medical expenses incurred due to injuries sustained while using the Property. Renter is advised to carry their own health and other insurance to cover such eventualities.
6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
Renter acknowledges that they have carefully read this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement and understand it's contents.
This agreement applies to and shall be effective and binding upon the Renter, their guests, their heirs,, assigns, personal representatives, estate and all members of their family, minors and others in their care, custody or control.
The Renter acknowledges that by booking/reserving/renting this Property the Renter and all parties in the booking agree to the Liability Waiver and to follow all the rules of the Property.
