Beautiful spacious home with high end furnishings that was exceptionally well stocked through out. It accomodated our 4 generation group of 10 adults and 6 young children. We all had privacy and could settle down after a busy day. And we all easily gathered in the main living areas as well. We would definitely like to come back and highly recommend this VRBO.

WOW! This home was everything we needed and more. Very clean, kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, and so many things for the kids to play with and read. Beautiful setting. Loved the daily visits from the turkeys and deer. Host was super at communicating with us. Will DEFINITELY book this home again!

Premier lake stay

This property is amazing. Clean, enormous, well stocked. Everything we could have wanted and more. The view from the balcony is fantastic as well. Had a few questions about the property and got immediate responses. Overall great time, only down side was we had to leave. Will be staying again in the future.

Meeting in the Middle

Gavin’s Point Lakehouse was above and beyond expectations! They really have everything you need and more, from the bigger items to the smallest details. We had family coming from Nebraska and some from South Dakota. It was so great to have such a nice place to call home for the weekend! Highly recommend - great place, great communication, very clean!

Simply Stunning

Property was stunning. Views from the home are stunning and the memories we made were u forgettable. Beds and pillows were all comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with the tools to allow you to prepare whatever upur heart desired. Communication was simple and responses were quick. Definitely a 5 star in Yankton - we have stayed in countless Vrbos in Yankton and this just raised the bar. She’s stunning!

Nick and Lydia were the perfect hosts.Their communication was prompt, professional and courteous.They were incredibly accommodating with our requests. They were attentive and listened to our needs to improve our stay. This was greatly appreciated. I facilitated a spiritual retreat with several guests, and this was the perfect place. It offered a lake view, nature, wildlife, hiking and a full moon.Their property is breathtaking and well cared for. It is clean, bright, and spacious. Top Tier

We had our immediate family reunion at Nick and Lydia's home. What an incredible experience. Four generations under one roof. The property itself is incredible - a priceless view of the river. The home has so much great space and the owners clearly take great pride in the finishes. Wow. The entire process was white glove too. Highly communicative and a joy to work with. And I've never seen a check-in or checkout process that is so seamless. We'll certainly be back. I'm already recommending my friends book here. The best property in the area with incredible hosts. Thank you so much Nick and Lydia!
