Amazing place to stay. Close enough to town you can still run and get something quick, but far enough away you can sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay in Yankton SD. Pretty busy with wedding stuff but nice to enjoy our coffee in the breezeway!

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed to make for an enjoyable visit. Our hostess, Lynn, was always quick to respond when I had questions. Highly recommend.

We all enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean. had plenty of room but most of all we felt safe and secure there. Definately would recommend!

Lake Getaway

Lots of space for everyone. The yard games and Wii kept the kids busy when we weren’t at the lake. The breezeway was a great place to relax at night!

We started to our VRBO via the”hustle and bustle on the lake road” however we continued west driving by evergreens and feeding deer grazing in the ditches. As we made our way up the hill to our address it was peace and quiet. Our home had easy access and the home was ready for our stay. We really enjoyed sitting in the breezeway early in the morning with coffee and conversation. The kitchen had a coffee maker and Keurig with pods as well as Culligan water. This was our second stay for a family reunion; we prefer heading north out of the driveway to get to Yankton unless you plan to spend time at Lewis and Clark. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Great Country House!

Met some old friends for a reunion this past weekend and we were all pleasantly surprised at this house. Cheaper than getting hotels rooms for all of us for 2 nights, the house was very clean, had ample sleeping rooms, and the best part, 3.5 bathrooms! The yard was large and nice to play some of the provided yard games in. Close to the marina where we rented a pontoon from, and in a quiet location. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great time!

Perfect for our family reunion

The property was clean with lots of bedrooms and comfortable beds. Two table areas were great for meals and card playing! The owner was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely return for another visit!

Great location for family

Plenty of room to have family gather. Lynn the owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Family Getaway

We appreciated the spacious homey and clean atmosphere! We brought 2 bar stools up from the basement, so all 10 of us could share meals together around the dining table. The family enjoyed the Wii, pool and yard games - plenty to do if you want to just hang out and relax. Gorgeous view from the yard and very private property. Would definitely recommend!
