The house was in excellent condition and very comfortable for the group. We enjoyed our three (3) night stay with great access to restaurants and golf courses nearby.

The property is very nice and well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials. The communication with Kate was excellent and we (and Buster) especially appreciated the doggie treats supplied.The property was cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival and had plenty of extra linens.As previous STVR owners, we can say that the property is VERY professionally managed.Bed and bedding was comfortable, the process to pass through the security gate each time was easy and without delay.For both short time and long time renters the property is ideally located a short block from grocery stores and many eateries, both fast-casual and great local sit down restaurants. (Pro-tip: Butters, for breakfast or lunch, is a mile away)For golfers, the Grayhawk clubhouse is 2 minutes east on Thompson Peak, Troon North is about 10 minutes up Pima, Legend Trail a further 10 minutes on Pima, and TPC is likewise a short drive down Hayden. Talking Stick and neighboring Top Golf is an easy drive.For professional shoppers, the Scottsdale Fashion Mall (2 million square feet) is about 20 easy minutes down the 101.For travelers, the Phoenix (aka Sky Harbor) Airport is roughly 45 mins door to door,.For sports fans, the Glendale sports complex (stadium) about the same.For medical TDY staff, Mayo and Honor Health are practically next door; convenient after a long 12 hour shift.

Our experience staying at the Grayhawk home was delightful! The home is extremely comfortable and has everything a renter would need. The walking paths in the neighborhood are beautiful. A big bonus is that the location is close to fabulous restaurants and shopping.

The property was very clean and convenient to our activity location. The pool needed cleaning, but that was scheduled and done the day after our arrival, so all was good!

Everything went well. Check in was easy. The home was very clean. It was great to have a garage available. We don't have any problems at all. Would definitely go there again.

Pool was ok...did not have any pets. But you must put better pillows in the bedrooms...they were totally useless because they are too big. We actually borrowed some pillows from my son's mother in law. Other than that, it was a great place to stay...but the first night the pillows resulted in every sleeping horribly.

Done! Thanks for your feedback, Thomas. We provide 2 types of pillows on the beds and the memory foam variety that is provided has been adjusted so as not to be so firm.

VALLEY OF THE SUN

My sister and I were in the Scottsdale area to celebrate her 65th birthday by attending a three day Christian Music Concert held at nearby Highlands Church. This home was ideally located within the gated community of Grayhawk, a short drive not only the church, but restaurants grocery stores etc. Prior to, making the commitment to rent the property, I had a couple questions for Kate and we had a small issue with the washer during our stay. Hpwever, in both instances Kate was quick to respond. The home was well stocked as described. We enjoyed sitting out with our coffee in the morning and using the home's pool in the early afternoon. There is a large community pool directly across the street, but we chose to use the pool at the home.The home was updated and furnished in a contemporary decor. The neighborhood was quiet and about a thirty minute drive from Sky Harbor airport.I am an alumni of ASU, so one afternoon we took a drive there. ASU is about a 30 minute drive from the property.Fry's grocery, Starbucks, McDonald's and other retail is less than 10 minutes from the home.Kate did provide a list of restaurants.These are some of the ones we found either on her list or on our own and I highly recommend. The Italiano, Lure Fish House, Jalapeno Inferno, and Jade Palace.In summary, the property is as listed and described. The photos on are accurate and your host, Kate is quick to respond to any inquiries.I would not hesitate to stay here again.Wonderful!
