The people are warm and friendly and when you get on the ferry, your shoulders immediately drop and your mood softens. I hope you enjoy this peaceful place as much as I have throughout my life.

Peconic Avenue, where this property is located, is not on the main road that most people use to go back and forth to Shell Beach, so there is very little car traffic and it is very quiet. The front and back yard are big with lots of room for kids to run around. The front and back decks are on the second floor so you can see the ocean while you relax with a coffee or grill and have dinner.
