Two private king suites in this lovely condo are nestled in Poipu's heart. This exquisite 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathroom and 1 queen pull out sofa bed Condo offers a breathtaking partial view of the ocean and sunrise!
The location is at the beginning of Mahaulepu Heritage Trail along the coastline.
Our loving condo is on the1st floor, has convenient access, opens to a beautiful acre of flat lawn area, easy to walk to Shipwreck beach and the pool by just less than 5 minutes!
Step-free ground floor condo in Poipu Sand 414 which is perfect for family with strollers, senior citizens, and everyone who wants to have easy access to beaches within minutes!
You will have an entire 2 King bedroom Condo for you with fully stocked-kitchen.
Aloha! We're very excited to have you stay in our Plumeria Condo 414 in Poipu, Kauai.
Our condo is on the 1st floor where you can walk directly from the back yard to the beach in minutes!
Looking for a perfect place for celebration trip, a family trip, or a peacerful place with partial ocean view with a few minutes walk by maha'ulepu heritage trail green belt? We have all you ask for!
As we manage this condo by ourselves so we're very flexible, responsive and giving the best we can to make your Kauai We also offer an early check-in to our guests without extra fee when the condo is ready :)

For booking more than 12 days, we require a mid-clean. It will be a day you're planning for a day trip. Once you're back, the rooms will be cleaned as your 1st day arrives!
*AC:
For AC, Please turn off the A/C when you go out for outdoor activities.
*TRASH: Trash (especially kitchen trash) can be discard at the trash area in the parking lot toward Eastside. This trash area is available and open at all time.
* Mid-clean will apply for 10 nights or longer stay
*Before you depart, we will really appreciate it if you could do the following below:
A. Wash and dry the beach towels. Please put the towels, and bedsheets in the washing machines and start the wash cycle.
B. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle.
C. Please discard the leftovers. (We will donate any remaining food/cans to locals who need them)
D.Please make sure you take all the trash out to the trash area
E. Please make sure the remote control is on/near its own appliance. Loss of key & remote control will affect $50/each toward your deposit.
F. If you want to leave any gratitude, please leave it on the kitchen counter area with a note for whom (Evan or the cleaning crew). In the past, the gratitude was left in the bedroom and we were unsure if it was forgotten or meant as gratitude.
G. Your opinion is very important to us and we would love to hear from you whether our home meets your expectations. Please fill out the evaluation sheet, and point out any repair that is needed. Your suggestions will help us improve our home for future guests
H. Turn off AC, and lights.
**IMPORTANT**
Last step of your check-out procedure, please take a picture of the keys in the basket before leaving the condo.
**The picture needs to be sent via Airbnb message right at the check out time.
Otherwise $500 fee will be sent to Airbnb resolution center.
