Breathtaking Views Above Lake Travis, Close To Austin w/ Pool & Hot Tub
Enjoy lake life like never before from our lakeside condo perched above Lake Travis. Just 35min from Austin, 20min from Lakeway and Bee Cave, and 3min from the Briarcliff Marina and Pace Bend State Park.
Chill out in the pool, use our 2 huge stand-up paddle boards (ask us how), relax in the hot tub, sun bathe on the expansive deck, grill on the private porch, roast marshmallows over the fire table, fish off the end of the dock, or arrange to charter our brand new 24' Malibu wake surfing boat for an unbeatable day of wake boarding, surfing, tubing, cruising, partying, or lunch/dinner runs on the lake.
Comfortably furnished with 3 new memory foam king beds (plus futon, queen blow-up bed w/ memory foam topper, & couch), all new furniture, LED smart TV's, smart blinds, and new stainless appliances. Has new in-unit front loading washer/dryer.
Private car port w/ 2 parking spaces (front to back), and lots of extra parking in the lot. Guests have full access to the property including both of our private wrap-around patios (upper one has complete privacy for sun bathing), as well as the deck, pool, hot tub, dock, and lake via our private spiral staircase.
Pets are allowed with permission and $150 pet cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by the pet.

The condo was nice. The view of the lake was beautiful and the host was very prompt responding to any questions I had. The only minor issue is that the navigation down to the pool and boat dock required very steep steps.. The stay was very enjoyable.

The condo has an amazing view of Lake Travis! Had all the amenities we needed to sleep 8 people. The host was easy to work with. We also rented the boat for 2 days and had an awesome time with the family learning to wake surf. Great stay for the 4th of July weekend!

This condo has a wonderful lake view, the pool & hot was nice and clean and we even had use of the boat slip! The host was great too! He replied quickly to our questions. We can’t wait for our next trip!

Beautiful lake views and a comfortable stay. The view alone made the trip worth it. Waking up and seeing the water right outside was incredibly relaxing, especially during sunrise and sunset and it really set the tone for a peaceful getaway.The home itself was very nice, clean, well kept, and thoughtfully set up. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Super spacious and comfortable condo
We had a very enjoyable stay here. The host was very attentive and helpful, and he responded immediately. The condo is comfortable, quiet, nicely decorated, and well appointed. My favorite part was waking up in the morning to the sunset over the lake.

Absolutely perfect. Gorgeous views!
My family had an amazing time staying here. The condo was well appointed, very comfortable, and the lake views were unbeatable. This is the end unit, it’s the only one that looks across the lake and down the lake for unrestricted views. Having the marina close by was really convenient too. We’ll definitely stay here again, and hopefully be able to rent their surf boat next time.

The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and clean, and the location was perfect—just down the road from Pace Bend boat ramp and Briarcliff Marina (which rents boats). The deck views were absolutely stunning. We’re already planning to rent their surf boat next time—it looked incredible!
