THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house sits on 7.2-acre estate, accessed through secluded and very quiet street surrounded by large green areas. However, it is in close proximity to a large intersection of streets which make access easy. Six miles drive to Downtown Austin, one-mile drive to a high end shopping area with multiple restaurants, grocery, and many other stores.
