Beautiful 3 Bedroom 3 Full Bath, Private heated pool and Jacuzzi, Perfectly located in quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.
Seagrove Beach offers an eclectic mix of charming accommodations and upscale resorts, numerous galleries and boutiques, along with funky beach bars and unique gift shops, and is one of 30-a's most highly demanded areas.
Included with the house are portable beach chairs, 4 adult and one kids bike, and a four seater golf cart.

**Golf cart rental is not guaranteed. Should the golf cart need to be serviced a back up golf cart will not be provided and no compensation will be given.
** Renter responsible for lost or stolen bikes
** Pets allowed on case by case basis. Should be under 50 pounds, hypoallergenic, crate and potty trained for additional pet fee.

Second stay

This was our second stay at this beautiful home and hopefully not our last. The location is perfect, close to everything but yet in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is never crowded and within a five minute walk. The house is exactly as the pictures show. The gold cart is an added bonus. The host is very prompt in communication which is always appreciated.

Perfect 30A Vacation

This is the second summer in a row we stayed at this house. The house is in a perfect location off 30A. The huge pool was perfect for the kids to cool off after going to the beach. The hot tub was great as well. Scott is one of the best property managers I have ever worked with on VRBO. He made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We look forward to coming back next summer!

Will absolutely stay here again

THIS is the house you want if you are interested in Seaside area. Clean, plenty of room, golf cart, numerous bicycles, heated pool, hot tub, and perfect location. This house is tucked in a quiet little neighborhood, yet you are mere steps away from the beach and a short bicycle ride (or golf cart ride) to the town square in Seaside. The property manager was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We really liked this location because the houses weren’t all crammed together like so many other areas we saw. Being able to step out back to a private pool or walk a block or 2 to the beach was so convenient. Teenage kids rode bicycles everywhere. Publix grocery store was maybe a mile away. Beach chairs and pool floaties in the garage. Grill out back. Large screened in back porch. I’m telling you, this place checked ALL the boxes. If we ever vacation in the area again, this will be the house we book.

Seaside Stay

This home was perfect for our family's gathering...close to the beach, a heated pool, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a golf cart and bikes! We will certainly consider coming back to this property.

My wife and I had our 3 girls with 3 friends and had a blast at the house. Golf cart and bicycles were a big plus. Great Location

Location!

This was our second stay at this wonderful home! The location and amenities are great! The pool was a big hit and it is an easy walk to the beach. The golf cart is an added bonus! We will be staying here again!

Great House and Location

Our family loved the house and location. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a long day at the beach. We really loved how private the backyard felt, even being in a neighborhood. The beach access was a very short walk from the house and not too busy at all. Scott was very detailed throughout the rental process and was great working with. I highly recommend this house to any family looking for an awesome experience on 30A!

Thanksgiving Break

Very easy to rent and homeowner is very nice. This house is in a great location, close to Seaside and beach access. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit w the kids. The golf cart and bicycles made getting around quick and easy! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We stayed at this property with 2 families (5 kids 7 and under). The two master bedrooms worked great for the parents while the kiddos slept in the bunk room. There was plenty of space for our group and the backyard was great. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Favorite part was the location, right off 30A but in a quiet neighborhood with a quick and easy walk to the beach - even with little ones. Would definitely stay here again!

Unplugged

We thoroughly enjoyed the week. Home was very comfortable, pool and spa were awesome and the owner really put some thought into all the available amenities. We also enjoyed local sightseeing and shopping . There was no shortage of good restaurants and we took full advantage. We set aside one day for an airboat ride which was very awesome too. All in all a very good trip and even better stay.

Location, location, location!

We loved staying at this beautiful home! The walking distance to the beach along with a private pool made this stay exceptional! The golf cart topped it off! I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a great beach getaway on 30A!

EXCELLENT CHOICE!!!

This property is wonderful! The house is good-sized and comfortable and the pool is FABULOUS! The property is clean and comfortable; and even though it is located very centrally to Seaside & Watercolor, it feels very private. You cannot go wrong with this choice!

Beautiful home and location. Beach incredibly close.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is gorgeous. The pool and spa are amazing and the screened in porch is very relaxing. The host was awesome. Great communication and assisted with all our needs. The location is beautiful. Very friendly. The beaches are pristine and not crowded. I would recommend this home for a family get-a-way or with a group of friends.

Great house and location

We’ve stayed at tons of different homes in this area and this home was by far our favorite. Our boys are 12, 14, and 16 and the pool at this home was perfect for them. Every detail of the house was great. The walk to the beach was easy and fast. We loved being just a mile from Seaside but not actually in Seaside. The golf cart and bikes were an added bonus. The first day we had a little trouble getting the pool to heat and Scott came right over and got it running. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Beautiful house & amazing location!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 young kids (5 and 4 years old). Most afternoons were spent in the heated pool and hot tub, which were both the perfect temperature for our late winter/early spring stay. The walk to the beach was no more than 5 minutes and beach access is conveniently located right across the street. The house is beautifully decorated and updated, and the neighborhood street is so quiet that our kids easily rode scooters and bikes without any worry of traffic. Overall, this is the perfect house for a family or group looking for an amazing getaway!

Great Value!

Beautiful clean home tucked back in a quiet neighborhood just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. It was absolutely perfect. The property manager was amazing at answering any questions we had in a super timely manner. Beds were super comfortable and the hot tub and pool wonderful! We loved every minute of our stay!

Christmas Break in Seagrove

We had such a wonderful stay. The weather was a little rainy so the back porch was the perfect way to escape the rain and still enjoy the outdoors. We loved the heated pool! Comfortable bed and great updates. The owner responded quickly…. The house had everything we needed and more.

I have always loved Seagrove and my family has lived or owned here since the 1980s. I now own four houses here and feel there is no better place on 30a to enjoy the best of everything it has to offer. It's just close enough to be convenient but not in all the traffic and noise. We also have the highest elevations, the quietest and open beaches, beautiful Live Oaks, and located right in the center of highway 30a within a mile of Seaside. I am a full time resident and take pride in providing a very high level of service to my guests that most property management companies cannot compete with. I take very good care of my properties and refresh them annually and try to make sure everything is in good working order.

I just got this house in 2018 and completely renovated it including walls, new flooring, paint, appliances, counter tops, cabinets, every hinge and piece of hardware, and all new furnishings and linens. The back yard is huge and so is the pool. Very quiet place and very close to everything.
