Highly recommend

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We had our elderly parents with us so it was great to have two full bathrooms and two bedrooms on main level. It was also nice to have my immediate family with kids on the second story. The pool was clean and temp was perfect.

Great location!

We loved the house and the location :) Management was great too, very helpful and nice! The house was stocked with pots and pans needed to cook for a large family. The location was amazing, being next to the woods with a private pool was perfect. Only reason why I didn’t give this house 5 stars is because the cleanliness of the house wasn’t the best when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay!

Watercolor Holiday

Property was great everything worked, we like the location. House layout and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Only negative would be the property condition could use some TLC, nothing major, its just showing wear/use.

Cousin Trip!

We had a fantastic time at this property! We utilized the guest house and it seemed it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, but that’s the only negative feedback I can give! Jessica was absolutely amazing!! I would definitely use this company again because of how great of a communicator she was!! Everything was there when we got there and the trip went to smoothly!

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay for our extended family spring break trip. This house was perfect for multiple families, with ages ranging from 75 to 4. The downstairs bedrooms are great for those that may have challenges climbing stairs, and upstairs has lots of room between the two queen bedrooms and bunkroom. The en suite bathrooms provide plenty of privacy, and the extra half bath is nice for large groups. This house was very functional and clean and we loved all the amenities of the Watercolor community. The beach and pools were all great.

Family vacation

This is the 3rd time we stayed at this property. We love all the room, the private pool and this year we rented the guest house! The man agent company was great! Well stocked house. Only suggestion is maybe some newer furniture in living area. Not very comfortable to sit on:(. We will be back! This is our go to place!

Wonderful in Watercolor.

House worked out perfect for our family vacation of 8 adults. Rented extra bikes to utilize each morning exploring the 30A area. Property in the rear of Watercolor which might not work for everyone but we loved it. Had a plumbing issue upon arrival and Sandpiper quickly fixed it. Sandpiper’s communication was outstanding. Will utilize this property manager again.

Good Value for Watercolor

This property was a good value for Watercolor but could use some TLC. Beds were comfortable but dining chairs were not. Can sleep quite a few but we had 7 adults and couldn’t imagine more people staying than that. May is the perfect time to visit Watercolor- beautiful weather and not quite as crowded.

Watercolor Charm

Our stay was amazing. The house was well equipped and extremely comfortable. The listing description was very accurate. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed everything from hanging out in the living room for game night to puzzling at the kitchen table. The private pool was excellent after a day at the beach. I highly recommend renting a golf cart since the drive to the beach is about 8-10 mins. The house is super close to the community pools and also grocery store. Highly recommend!

Family Thanksgiving

Loved the house, very clean and great kitchen for cooking large family meals. Only complaint was the TV carrier, Mid Com. There was no channel guide and we had to change from channel to channel one at a time to find the program we wanted, it was frustrating. Would definitely book it again.

Parking a real issue for 2 cars, no porch lights, whole area just too crowded to enjoy, house itself nice

Overall for the price not bad but pool was bit dirty , grill not cleaned and outside area was a mess with broken branches , leaves , pine needles and dishes inside were not all clean . Coming from a house prior ran by Dunes felt way different but the house itself was very cute and did the job for the last 3 days.

My family had a wonderful stay here!The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. The beds are all firm and very comfortable!The house is actually prettier in person then in pics.! The pool was fun and clean.Overall a lovely staf.The one thing I would be on a look out for are ticks. The house backs up to the state park with woods with lots of deer. Just be on look out and bring spray. I combed my dog after every walk. Found one on him (not attached) and 2 in house.No fault of owners just nature!! But wanted to give heads up.

This was our second time staying here. We love the area and all the amenities the neighborhood!

We love this area and all the things there is to do. We traveled with our daughters, their spouses and our grand daughters! Second time staying here! It’s well stocked and very family oriented. Only suggestion I have is the furniture needs some extra cushions:).

Great house and location

Cute house! Our family was there for my son’s wedding so we rented the guest house as well. The property manager quickly responded and was very accommodating. I would definitely rent this house again!
