Very nice place. I had to book very last minute due to a cancellation. The check in process was great and everything was as advertised.

Clean and Centrally located

This property was very clean upon arrival. Centrally located from all the attractions. You can get anywhere within 20-30 minutes. We loved the open layout of the common spaces. We decided to not heat the pool and that wasn’t an issue seeing it was 80-90 our entire stay. It was quite warm on its own. Great for a family to spread out. Expect to hear neighbors since you are sharing walls. We didn’t use any of the amenities on property. It was full of kids and families each day. We spent our time in our pool which was just fine for us.

Great room and comfort

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. Beds and rooms good. Bathrooms good. Kitchen and living space good. We really did not cook. Coffee maker used cone filters and we made non-cone ones work. Plenty of bath towels, did not see pool towels. Once we figured out the gated access all went smooth. Parking was good in front of property. (The lazy river and bigger pool are outside the gated area in a different gated area. The putt putt golf is there with an extra cost.) We had a splash pool at the condo but the heater did not work and we were not willing to use 73 degree water so just looked at it and dipped feet it briefly. The property was quiet. It is 5 minutes or less to Publix or Wal-Mart for groceries. It is about 5-8 minutes to Denny's, McDonald's, or Waffle House and other restaurants and mini golf. If you go east on Osceola Parkway you hit a toll before any services. If you go west and take 535 to places you have no toll. We went to Universal Studios on S. Apopka Vineland Rd and avoided any traffic issues on highway 4. Loved having plenty of beds and bathrooms for a good price.

I am so glad you loved the house, and the space. I will make sure the pool heater is looked at, and is working properly moving forward. If guests ever have issues, please call us. We have agents that can come out 7 days a week to take care of these issues. Please come back and see us, and once again so happy you loved the space and location.

We loved Storey Lake

Storey Lake was awesome, with waterides for the kids, it’s lazy river, putt putt, and the bar with daily specials. It was just great. Location was good too, very close to Disney. What wasn’t so fun was the construction going on and ants in the house, not to mention the tiny pool at the house itself, so small that no one used it. It should be more like a hot tub, and to think we paid extra to have the water heated. It really was a waste of money. It’s really even too small for two kids to play in.

Thank you for staying with us. We take these reviews seriously, and are always striving to give our guests the best vacations possible. I am glad you loved the resort amenities. I wanted to apologize if a few things at the house were not up to speed. I feel we cannot be held responsible for construction in the area, and we do warn guests in confirmations. The resort is brand new, and some sections are still being built. I stayed in Storey Lake recently, and even though I saw the construction it did not affect our overall stay. Sorry if this was a negative impact for you. In regards to the ants, I see we sent pest control out immediately to handle that. The houses are sprayed often, but sometimes they do get in. I apologize for that as well. In regards to the pool, We clearly state it's a splash pool. If guests ever ask, I tell them is about the size of half a normal swimming pool which is true. Sorry if this was not up to standards.

Property was clean, spacious, and provided plenty of space and things to do

We loved our time on the property! Hoping it gets added to Google maps very soon as it was very frustrating locating the property the first time.

I am so glad you loved the property! I am right there with you on Google maps. Unfortunately, they have become the end all for finding properties, and because the resort is so new they are not showing it. We have informed them to get this updated.
