Step into over 7,500 sq. ft. of beautifully designed space, where every detail is crafted for relaxation and style. Enjoy your own private movie theater, private pool and hot tub area, outdoor kitchen, and cozy seating around firepit in the picturesque backyard – all without ever leaving the property. The home is three levels: basement, main floor, and second floor. The basement is set with lots of games, including ping pong, pool, theater, arcade games, as well as a lovely play area for younger kids. It also has its own kitchenette.



Located in Draper, you’ll be minutes away from scenic hiking trails, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping – with easy access to downtown Salt Lake City, Silicon Slopes, and ski resorts.

Excellent property! Fabulous outside activities for the family. The beds were even very comfortable. This is truly a fabulous find! We have enjoyed staying here more than once! Love it!

When we arrived, we were informed that both the pool and hot tub were not working. While disappointing, it seemed to be a recent issue and initially appeared outside the owner’s control.They initially offered a refund of less than 5%, which I pushed back on. To their credit, they then offered a more reasonable amount.However, when I reviewed the charges, I found that I had been overcharged by more than 1,000. The owner acknowledged the error and issued a refund—but then retracted it before it posted. This created the appearance (including to VRBO) that a refund had been processed when, in fact, it had not.The house itself was very nice, but due to the handling of these issues, I would strongly caution others before booking.

Quick Review:This home was the perfect gathering spot for our large family while we were in town for a wedding. With space for up to 20 people, a pool that saved us in the 98 heat, a theater that felt like the movies, and fun extras like pickleball, barbecue, and a firepit for s’mores, it kept everyone happy. Spacious, comfortable, and full of activities—highly recommend!⸻Fantastic Family Gathering SpotWe had a wonderful stay at this home! Our group was large—up to 20 people arriving at different times—and the house accommodated everyone with ease. There was so much space to gather, but also plenty of quiet corners when needed, which worked perfectly for both kids and adults.We were in town for a wedding that was held elsewhere, and this home was the ideal place for our group to stay nearby. The swimming pool was a lifesaver in the 98 Utah heat, and we spent hours cooling off there. Another favorite was the theater room—it truly felt like going to the movies and added a special touch to our evenings.We loved cooking together in the spacious kitchen, which made buffet-style meals simple for a crowd. Everyone slept comfortably, and we enjoyed using the outdoor barbecue area for grilling. One of the highlights was making s’mores around the firepit, which created fun, memorable moments.The pickleball courts gave us yet another way to stay active and have fun. With so many options—pool, theater, pickleball, firepit—the kids were always entertained
