Absolutely beautiful apartment. We came to watch our 16 year old grandson play baseball at the Warren County Sports Park. We were only about 7 miles away. Perfect location. Everything about the apartment was top notch; bed, shower, kitchen. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to the greater Cincinnati area.

Everything was brand new. Everything was spotless clean. There was a few unfinisheded items, but they did not affect my stay at all (new vent covers missing etc). Apt was nicely appointed and had everything I needed during stay. It was mostly quiet and my dog enjoyed the lack of carpeting throughout! Lol Made it easy to clean dog hair! Would stay them again and would recommend!

Everything about this stay was superb; being able to travel with my dog added to the perfection!! The property has everything you could ever possibly need. It is very clean, well-furnished, and convenient with all the comforts of home. Dawn & Dave were wonderful and friendly hosts, and communication was always prompt. I am already looking forward to staying again in the future and seeing the upgrades being made. Others have commented about the king size bed and I 100% agree. It was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—it seemed to draw the consciousness out of my body. :-) Thank you for an exceptional vacation.

Beautifully decorated, super clean, and cozy. This was my first Vrbo experience and our hostess, Dawn, made us feel right at home. We will be traveling back and forth to the area quite a bit this year, and there’s nowhere else we’d rather stay! Great apartment.

Acute and efficient stay for a quick getaway

This adorable accommodation suited us to a T. We loved the historic nature of the building, but all of the very special upgrades too. Very clean and accurate description and a very thoughtful host.

Apartment was exceptionally clean and the bed was beyond comfortable, wanted to bring it home with us!! Only complaint would be… renters child above us was very loud. We did enjoy our time there and would recommend it to everyone.

We had such a great mid-week vacay here. It was located 20 minutes away from just about everything big in the area (Cincinnati, Dayton, and Kings Island). Great options for food and shopping as well. The property was BEAUTIFUL! Home to probably my favorite shower I’ve ever showered! The owner was also really friendly!!

The apartment was very clean and decorated so nice! It was spacious, well laid out and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The neighborhood was safe and easy to walk our dog around in. We had an issue with the keypad and getting in but Dawn was quick at responding and fixing the issue. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

We stayed while attending my daughter’s basketball tournament. It was an easy drive to spooky nook, the apartment was very clean and cozy. We walked a couple times around the neighborhood and it seemed safe. Great experience

Old Elm Building

The Old Elm Building fit all of our needs. Cleanliness, communication and ease of check in. We traveled with our dog. We appreciated all the near by parks! Thank you.

1 Bedroom - Monroe OH

This place was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, very comforting, well provisioned, and the shower!!! I wanted to take the shower home with me!! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and i was very comfortable walking my dog around at night. Monroe is great and, with short drives, quickly accessible to lots of other great attractions. If you stay here, give Cassanos a try! Dawn, the host, was fantastic and very responsive! I had an issue getting into the apartment (my error) - Dawn had us in within minutes and very kindly got me sorted

It was a very charming and welcoming place no complaints at all it was perfect for what we needed and it’s very conveniently located for all kinds of activities to do I’m not from Ohio and it was my first visit from out of state and this place made me feel at home away from home I Thank the host for allowing me to spend the week in their cozy little home definitely a memory to remember!

This host has gone out of their way to create a home away from home. Its a peaceful day location with a grocery store within 4 minutes, a few places to eat, and easy to access. The outside photo does not do this place justice. I stayed 15 days to help my son and my daughter n law get ready for their new baby and it was great to be close to them with all the comforts. I saved money as it has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and other items. The bed is comfy! There are fans in every room and a box fan in the bedroom which was nice as I am use to falling asleep with a fan on. Parking is easy (behind the building). The home was very clean. I will be back in August again and this is where I will be booking.
