Lyle's Treehouse was a really quaint, beautifully built little house. I loved the views from the deck and relaxing inside looking out the window.

This cute little treehouse was just perfect! My 19 yo daughter and I stayed and didn’t want to leave. Close to cute small towns, beaches and shopping. The small details inside the house made it so special. Plus Eddie the pup visited and welcomed us like family. We will definitely be back!!

What an amazing stay! The tree house is updated, clean, and has everything one could need. And the bonus is the tranquility of being in the trees. Highly recommend.

It is hard to put in words how wonderful and special our visit was. The place was just perfect. From the sunrises through the forest to the special visit from Eddie the dog and we even saw a beaver several times. The place was clean and well supplied. They have a fire pit and a gas grill close by with everything you need to use them. Whenever I go back to Delaware, I know where I’m staying. Miss it already.

This is a beautiful place to get away and relax with your little family. The host was super kind and has the sweetest greeter named Eddie! I highly recommend giving this treehouse a chance to take your stress away!

This property was awesome! The location and all of the amenities were perfect. If you want relaxation and a peaceful setting this is the place! The treehouse was beautiful inside and the large deck out front was a favorite. My kids enjoyed the fishing pond and especially the special greeter "Eddie" the white lab who hung out with us! We will definitely return if ever in the area!!

It was a great location and great place for what we hoped to achieve. Rest, relaxation, and quiet time. The listing was represented perfectly, and the hostess was very easy to connect with. Her pup, Eddie, was adorable when he visited during our stay! :) Would definitely stay here again.

My son had a lacrosse tourney at DE Turf complex, this property is only 25 min which was perfect. It was so nice to have a very clean & comfortable place to stay nearby with a full fridge, washer/dryer, kitchen & the cutest porch to relax after a long day. Beds are extremely comfortable, linens soft, nice towels & living room furniture was super comfortable as well. This place is very tidy & very clean the host has provided little extras like bath salt, laundry pods, eye mask in freezer, coffee, coffee creamer in fridge with a couple waters too. Emma’s family restaurant nearby is a must for amazing home cooking. You can’t go wrong at Lyle’s Treehouse (which the host built in loving honor of her late husband).

We absolutely loved our stay! It was great being able to “glamp” in a treehouse in the woods, and be so close to the beach. Our host was super responsive when we had questions. We plan on staying again!

What a beautiful place! The simple details were so charming. Sydney had everything you could possibly need at the treehouse, we had a great girls weekend,her dog Eddie made us feel so welcome,we spoiled him with treats and a new toy, he must of known we all were animal lovers, of course who knew all of us work at a veterinary clinic , Thank you Sydney for being such a great host!
